A chronicle from the Railway KOS Ermend... could Milo- perhaps...? That is how my railway workers have been for a long time, my interlocutors. Dissatisfied with the work of others. Because genuine criticism blinds their eyes. Talking like this at this railway station, I heard that the works on the railway track, which we have won with so much effort and sacrifice, are being carried out in a rather anarchic way. Yet both to locals and foreigners we still give the impression of a country with a low level of railway construction. For a long time now, work on this side has been proceeding slowly, without discipline and without order. As a result, the cold seasons have caught us unprepared. Instead of completing the started sections, the work is being scattered in many directions and nowhere can the end be seen. This has caused losses for our collective and for the economy in general. In this unit they told us that there is no shortage of the necessary materials either, but there is a lack of organization, control, and responsibility. Some workers arrive late, some leave before the end of their shift, while the managers are satisfied with excuses. This has created the impression that the works have been delayed into chaos. If things continue like this, deadlines will not be respected and the investments made so far will also be put at risk. On the other hand, there are also diligent workers who spare no effort and set an example. However, their voice is lost in the disorder. The responsible bodies are required to go into the field, accurately assess the situation, and take concrete measures. The railway does not tolerate improvisation. It demands precision, planning, and responsibility. (ATHSH)

All the delayed tasks and obligations are regarded by the Kosovo people and youth as an earlier tribute. They call on the Federation and the relevant bodies to intervene to stop violence and pressure. The youth expresses deep outrage at the actions of the Serbian authorities and demands equal treatment. In region no. 2, Tirana For five consecutive days, 1,700 residents and children from the neighborhoods became direct participants in the cultural and artistic activities organized in this region.
