March 8 marks every year the mobilization of half of our socialist society to a higher level of activity and creativity, in the struggle for the progress and prosperity of the Homeland. It has been and remains a special day for all our honored and beloved women, for our mothers, sisters and female comrades, but also for our whole society. On this occasion we greet with respect and love all the women and girls of our country. We value their great role in the economic, political, social and cultural life of the country. Thanks to the correct policy of the Party of Labour of Albania, to the teachings of Comrade Enver Hoxha and to the entire revolutionary development of our country, the Albanian woman has won a new, high and deserved position in society. Today she is a great productive force, an important factor in leadership, organization and education, an active participant in all processes of the country's life. She has entered many new professions and sectors, has taken on great responsibilities and carries them out with dignity. In the countryside, in the city, in the factory, cooperative, school, hospital and laboratory, the Albanian woman works with dedication and makes a valuable contribution. She raises children with love and patriotic spirit, strengthens the socialist family and takes part extensively in social organizations. March 8 is a day of honor for this great role and a call to move further ahead with courage, self-confidence and creativity. Our socialist Party and state highly value the merits of women and girls and will continuously take care to further expand their rights, opportunities and living and working conditions. The Albanian woman will always remain an active force in the life of the country, honored and full of dignity!

It was pointed out that the best results are achieved where workers, cadres and party organizations work in full unity with the masses. Comrade Ramiz Alia highly valued the role of the working class and the need to further advance the spirit of creativity, responsibility and active participation in solving tasks. He underlined that the further development of the country requires mature thinking, correct decisions and persistent implementation by all. In the end, the participants expressed their determination to work better, to be equal to the demands of the time, and to fulfill the plan tasks.

Later she became a good, talented pupil, beloved by teachers and classmates. Like many Albanian girls, she chose a useful profession and entered life with courage. Today she works and is respected, takes part in the life of the collective and the family, showing that March 8 is not only a date for celebration, but a daily presence in our lives. Every day, the work, dedication, knowledge, honesty and love of our women give meaning to this date. They are at the center of our joys and difficulties, in raising children, in the well-being of the family and in productive work.
