The implementation of the tasks set by the 8th Plenum of the Party Central Committee concerning the creation of the most appropriate political and social climate as well as the acceleration of our country’s economic development requires the mobilization and concentration of all forces for the most rational use of creative potential. In other words, this means the full realization and harmonization of individual, group and general social interests.
