WE ALL TALKED WITH COMRADE RAMIZ...

— Why questions, why answers — Although they prolonged it, after the warm conversation of comrade Ramiz Alia with a group of comrades and artists from the Tirana agricultural cooperative, a few more questions arose. Here are their answers: An organization with personality Debate — like a general survey We do not happen to be in our organization? In many activities, in work with the masses, this has become formal, and the content and value of people’s opinions are often stripped away. We have thus entered a routine that makes even a person with good ideas remain silent. In contrast to this, I think organizational life should be enlivened, people should be asked, listened to, and decisions should be made responsibly both above and below. On the other hand, I think that a person’s abilities when promoted to a post should also be properly valued. Experience, ability, but also a person’s reputation and their moral and social conduct are important. How do you see this, comrade Ramiz? — Indeed, at the front, good work has been and is being done to improve the life and activity of the organization and its members. But what is needed has still not been achieved. There are several issues that must be corrected, from the way work is organized to its content. An organization with personality is one that involves and mobilizes people, that creates liveliness in discussion, that encourages thought, reasoned disagreement, creative thinking, and conscious discipline. It must not be formal. The organization should be the place where a person speaks freely, without fear, but also responsibly. This requires not only rules, but also moral authority, personal example, and the ability to lead. These concern not only the secretary, but everyone in the active core. Debate — like a general survey If we want to know what people say, what they think about work, about life, about themselves and about others, we must learn to listen. People must be asked, their opinions taken, conclusions drawn, and action taken. Otherwise, the question remains only a question and the answer only a formality. Now the time for learning, within the framework of education, the emptiness of education and the emptiness of education[?] Now the time for learning, within the framework of education and the emptiness of education[?] that the pedagogy of violence, with school disarray, harms the person. We need a school that educates and elevates personality, that teaches children to love work, society, the country, books, and knowledge. [partially illegible text]
