The most accurate schedule for sowing corn is the favorable time

Attention With later cultivars, specifically with late hybrids and with the incorrect distribution of seed in the soil, the lessons of the past teach us that the optimal sowing dates for corn must always be respected. Meanwhile, in hilly and mountainous areas, as well as on surfaces with greater moisture, sowing dates should be postponed by a few days. In the plains, with warmer soil, sowing can begin earlier. Determining the most suitable time depends on soil temperature, moisture, and weather conditions. This is of particular importance for even germination and for ensuring a good plant stand. In many cases, haste or delay has caused significant losses in production. Therefore, specialists and cooperative members must harmonize their work with the concrete conditions of the terrain. In these days, as temperatures are stabilizing, it is recommended to prepare the soil carefully, respect the sowing depth, and use healthy seed with strong germination power. Only in this way can good results in corn production be expected. The moist conditions help distribute the seed evenly across the field.

Always in step with Albanian culture

Experience from the field shows that the organization of spring work requires not only technical preparation, but also a high productive awareness. In conditions where every lost day affects yields, establishing discipline in deadlines remains an essential requirement. In the communes where cooperation between specialists and producers is better, the results are also more evident. For this reason, in the coming days, broad engagement and the meticulous implementation of professional guidance are required.

What will the archaeological dusk of the Korçë district represent

Movements want to know The data from the latest archaeological expeditions in the Korçë district show that this region contains important layers of early life. The discoveries of settlements, fragments of pottery, and traces of soil cultivation testify to an ancient civilization with clear continuity. Specialists emphasize that the systematic study of these data will help shed light on still little-known periods of our history. In this context, the district archaeological museum is expected to have a special role in preserving, classifying, and presenting the materials. It will be not only a place for collecting finds, but also a center for study and education for the public. Such initiatives require institutional support and continuous professional care.
