Leadership with Vision Does Not Accept Financial Loss
NOTICE
OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE
OF THE PARTY
OF LABOR OF ALBANIA
Socialist workers of Albania,
The Central Committee of the Party of Labor of Albania, in support of the principles of Marxism-Leninism and remaining faithful to the Party line, has viewed with deep concern the situation created at the "Stalin" Textile Combine in Berat, where, as a result of serious violations of labor discipline, neglect of plan tasks, and weaknesses in leadership, financial losses have been created.
Our socialist Party and state have continually emphasized the responsibility of cadres and working collectives for the scrupulous implementation of plan tasks, for the protection of socialist property, for saving every material and monetary value, and for increasing economic efficiency.
The events that occurred in this combine are incompatible with the norms of socialist order and communist morality. They harm the interests of our people and of our socialist fatherland.
The Central Committee of the Party strongly condemns manifestations of irresponsibility, liberalism, lack of control, and violations of legality that led to this situation. The relevant organs of the Party and the state have been tasked to take immediate measures to restore order, establish responsibilities, and bring the guilty to justice.
The Party calls on all communists, workers, specialists, and economic cadres to further strengthen proletarian discipline, increase revolutionary vigilance, and on no account allow the interests of socialist property to be violated.
Only with honest work, capable leadership, and a high level of political and moral responsibility can we move forward on the road of socialist construction.
