In implementation of the directives of the 9th Plenum of the Central Committee of the PPSH, held a few days ago in Shkodër, the comrades from the apparatus of the Central Committee, from instructors to secretaries, are explaining things at the grassroots and are doing persuasive work with the people in the mass organizations. At the center of this work stands the clarification of the Party line, the strengthening of unity, and the precise implementation of political, economic, and social tasks. The expansion of mass activities, the growing role of the Front, the youth, women, trade unions, and other social organizations is seen as the main path for putting Party decisions into practice. In this framework, it is required that every collective, every neighborhood, every cooperative, and every enterprise openly discuss the problems, listen to the voice of the people, and find concrete solutions. It is emphasized that relying on the masses is not a formula, but a proven working method of our Party. Only when the people are informed and engaged are tasks accomplished with quality, whereas bureaucratic measures and orders from above without conviction do not produce the desired results. Mass organizations have the task of carefully identifying the issues that concern workers, encouraging healthy discussion, and strengthening vigilance against liberal and hostile manifestations. In many districts, concrete measures have been undertaken to enrich organizational life, to increase the responsibility of cadres, and to reconsider methods of working with people. Greater emphasis is being placed on going more frequently to the grassroots, on direct conversation with people, and on involving them in decision-making. In conclusion, it is noted that the implementation of the mass line remains a fundamental requirement of the Party. Every organization must work with patience, political clarity, and high responsibility so that the people are not only implementers, but also co-creators of our policies.

Apart from the industrial zone... Apart from the industrial zone in the north of the district, Durrës has also undergone new developments in supply, services, and agricultural production. In many cooperatives and enterprises, measures have been taken to improve work and find new ways to increase production. Many units have submitted proposals to expand the raw-material base, make fuller use of capacities, and organize work better. Alongside these, residents also raise concerns about the supply of certain goods and public services. In town and countryside, there is a clear need for more initiative, more responsibility from leaders, and closer relations with workers. Some of these issues have been discussed in the basic organizations and are expected to find quick solutions.

At which school will the good and day class be held? Writings by citizens, teachers, cadres and specialists continue on the problems of the school, education, and the future of schooling. They express different views on the organization of teaching, the link with practice, the students' workload, and the relationship between theory and life. Many authors stress that the school should better prepare young people for life and work, without harming general cultural formation. Others insist on the need to improve textbooks, laboratories, classrooms, and material resources. There are also opinions about revising teaching plans and some forms of discipline. The editorial staff welcomes these views and will continue to provide space for them. The aim is to create a useful social debate that will serve the improvement of our school.

On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the fall of the Heroine of the People Bajram Curri, commemorative events, tributes, and solemn meetings were held in his city and in other places. In the speeches delivered, the figure of Bajram Curri was praised as an outstanding fighter for the freedom and independence of the country, as a revolutionary democrat, and as a symbol of popular resistance. It was emphasized that his life and work remain part of our patriotic tradition.
