Specifically, NRSH-1 alone has organized 7 self-financing sectors. Work is now under way to have every outlet within the sector switch to self-financing. Forty-five private outlets have opened, each employing 1 to 3 people, including flatbread bakers, photographers, watchmakers, ironers, shoe shiners, gas fillers, etc. In the neighborhoods, all tradespeople are being identified, including those who until now have worked both in state enterprises and privately.
