The solutions lie within the collective
Near it, it happened that margarës came; the discussions are held with the director on the beneficial organization of employment in the cooperative and on placing work in the future at the center of attention. In recent days, numerous meetings and discussions have been held in the enterprise collective. The employees have expressed that the solutions for overcoming difficulties and improving the situation should first of all be sought within the collective itself. Better forms of work organization, improved discipline, more effective use of raw materials, saving, and reducing losses have been discussed.
Within this framework, ideas have been put forward for increasing the responsibility of managers and specialists, for closer ties with workers, for listening to their views, and for strengthening control over the implementation of tasks. It was emphasized that solutions should not be expected from outside, but found through work, experience, and the cooperation of all. There are unused reserves that can be set in motion and bring tangible changes.
During the discussions, concrete examples were presented from brigades in different departments, where with dedication and initiative obstacles have been overcome and results achieved. Some employees underlined the need to improve working conditions, for more regular supply of materials, and for a more realistic planning of tasks. Others emphasized care for the person, correct relations at work, and the creation of a healthier collective climate.
The shared conclusion was that the collective has strength and opportunities to move forward, provided that each person does their part and the spirit of accountability does not fail. At the meeting it was stressed that the tasks of the day require clarity, determination, and confidence in honest work.

The self-accounting units have a double value — for the producer and the consumer
- Experience from Saranda -
The article describes several experiences of units that work with self-accounting and the impact they have in increasing responsibility for production and service to the consumer. By keeping clear accounts of income, expenses, and results, these units are able to understand costs better and seek ways to increase effectiveness. According to the material, this brings a double benefit: the producer is encouraged to work better, while the consumer benefits from higher-quality goods or services.
In the examples brought from Saranda, it is pointed out that the relative autonomy in managing resources pushes collectives to take greater care with saving, to avoid losses, and to increase income. It is also underlined that this form of work requires control, financial discipline, and accurate reporting. The experience is seen as valuable not only for its economic effect, but also for the educational influence it has on employees.

LET'S USE EVERY RESERVE IN IRRIGATION
For today, and also for tomorrow
Experience has shown that rational use of water remains one of the most important factors for securing yields, especially in the hot season. In many agricultural areas, there is a need to carefully examine the existing reserves, the condition of the canals, the pumps, and the water distribution, so that each plot receives the necessary amount at the right time. This is essential not only to save this year's crops, but also to protect the production base for tomorrow.
The article calls for greater mobilization of cooperatives, agricultural enterprises, and irrigation structures. It is necessary to avoid losses in the network, to repair damage immediately, and to organize work in shifts when needed. It is emphasized that every reserve, however small, must be put to use wisely and without delay.
In the end it is underlined that irrigation is not only a technical duty, but a direct matter of production and of the nation's bread. Therefore, the responsibility to manage water well is a responsibility toward the economy and toward people's daily lives.
