In our daily work, in the struggles to fulfil economic, political and ideological tasks, the leadership of the Party has been and remains decisive. It is the force that guides, organizes and mobilizes the masses to carry out the Party line and to overcome every difficulty. In the present circumstances, when greater responsibility and discipline are required, every basic organization, every communist and every cadre must show vigilance, political maturity and leadership ability. The Party has always been at the forefront of our people, leading them with confidence and determination on the road to socialism. Deepening ideological and political work, strengthening the leading role of the Party organizations in every sphere of life, and properly implementing the decisions of the leading bodies are essential conditions for progress.
