ONLY 5 MONTHS REMAIN UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR
To know ourselves well and realistically, so that they are implemented correctly
As with many other periods, the five-month period is also the last part of the year, when one must face with seriousness not only the fulfillment of the plan and other tasks, but also the need to implement the economic reform and prepare for the coming year.
It is becoming increasingly clear that these require a more realistic assessment of the situation. To overcome successfully the difficult situation that has been created, we must know the shortcomings, possibilities and resources well and realistically; the measures and responsibilities must be correctly defined.
Achievements of the Topojan livestock breeders
In the livestock park of the Tropoja district, this year too there has been a noticeable increase in milk and meat production. Compared with the first half of last year, there has been an increase in milk production and deliveries to the state. The livestock breeders of the cooperatives and farms have devoted greater attention to breeding, feeding and safeguarding the herd.
Shortfalls in Moshtobardhi
Again in some enterprises and cooperatives shortcomings and underperformance are being observed. In Moshtobardhi delays and fluctuations in production rates, failure to meet some indicators, and incomplete use of reserves have been identified. This calls for a deeper analysis and faster measures.
On the dairy facilities of Gjirokastër [?]
- Different working methods to improve the organization of production are being followed in some milk-processing centers and in livestock farming. Wherever work has been done responsibly, better results have been achieved. But there are still deficiencies in securing the feed base and in fully utilizing capacity.
On the already familiar "tracks" of agriculture in Lushnjë
- Some enterprises and cooperatives in the district have moved at steady pace in harvesting and threshing, in securing fodder, and in applying technological discipline. However, there is lag in some departments and sectors, and greater control over the implementation of tasks is required.

... in Vlora, the limitations on responsibilities for the account of the tasks of the sectors? These and other problems are addressed in his article by comrade Kujtim Velo, chairman of the Executive Committee of the People's Council of the Vlora district. Faced with a series of obstacles and difficulties, he underlines the need for an accurate knowledge of the situation and for overcoming subjectivism.
In the coastal and plain cooperatives, in the farms and units of the food industry, there must be exact calculations, concrete analysis and clear responsibilities. Only in this way will the remaining tasks of the month and those of the coming year be properly met.
So that overages do not “grow”
- Korçë -
Connected with the use of reserves in the production process, this article points out cost overruns and discrepancies with the plan in some economic units.
Such phenomena are encountered especially where expenditure norms are not followed in detail and where accounts are not calculated accurately. Unjustified overruns bring consequences for all economic indicators.
The directorates, economists and specialists must exercise stricter control over the implementation of financial and technological discipline. Saving and the rational use of raw materials remain primary requirements.

On the already familiar
“tracks”
of agriculture
- Yesterday was the “month of the exorcist”
a some analysis that was made is also being brought to 101 percent realization. The sown crops have progressed in a certain way, but instead of moving toward intensification, there is again a tendency toward conventional solutions. There are lags in parts of mechanization, in land use, and in some yield indicators.
- Furthermore, as our correspondent writes, cases have also been identified of lack of responsibility in following up the work, in preparing the feed base, and in correctly assessing the possibilities.

MEMORY OF HUMAN WORK...
Reportage
The increased interest of 3,000 people toward the center of the village [?], where a work shed was clearly visible, was not unusual. Arriving from the surrounding villages, they watched with curiosity how a new structure was rising and how, in the place where there had previously been barren land, a work center was taking shape. For these people, this was a reminder of human labor and of the efforts to transform the environment.
Selamajdonte and the youths of the [?] youth organization worked tirelessly. Water, electricity, machinery and various tools were brought continuously. Everyone felt that useful work was being done, something that would serve not only them but also the other villages around them.
In the evening, when the light faded, they did not stop. One person would throw a hand into the concrete, another would arrange the iron bars, a third would note down in a notebook the quantity of materials. It was a working rhythm common to the people of these parts, but on this occasion it took on a greater meaning.
