EVERYWHERE, COMMUNISTS ARE AT THE FOREFRONT

Always second and [ka?] with no place of their own. They are communists too! Such is their permanent nature, regardless of place, time or circumstances. The more communism is discarded, along with its worn-out ideals, the more each of them is [infused?] with [fire?]. It works for [the masses?], and it also digs the pit of impatience, as it understands it and [views?] developments from [the place?]. Only they have grown up to [succeed?], because as such they think they have the moral and political mandate to act in the true name of the people. In reality, they are manipulating the frustrations of ordinary people and the general social confusion. In Kosovo, communism has fallen with an unstoppable momentum. But it seems that even in decline it is showing the strength to reorganize itself in new forms. In the name of reforms and pluralism, some yesterday’s voices are trying to preserve the same spirit of rule. Democratic slogans are being exploited to preserve old privileges, while the people are being served the same scheme of intimidation and submission. The communists at the forefront are always ready to change clothes, but not their political nature. They speak of freedom, but fear free speech. They speak of the people, but are afraid of their true will. They speak of unity, but feed on division. Wherever they appear, they try to present themselves as the only ones capable of leading. Meanwhile, they declare others enemies, adventurers or nationalists. This is their familiar logic: to appropriate the future by deforming the present. In these circumstances, the citizen’s responsibility is not to be deceived by a change in vocabulary when the aim remains the same. Names may change, as may organizations, but the method remains the same: control over thought, speech and public life. Therefore caution is needed toward those who today appear as reformers, while yesterday they were pillars of a repressive system. In the foreground of the coup of Tanzisit? We have millions for imports in our hands

— There can be no free trade without the development of productive forces — The “Emin Duraku” textile combine is achieving good results in expanding production and securing raw materials. Speaking about the measures taken, the managers emphasize that imports should be seen as an auxiliary tool and not as a permanent solution. If domestic capacities are activated, then millions for imports will remain in our hands. Work is under way on modernizing the lines, saving energy and organizing the domestic market better. According to those in charge, trade freedom cannot make sense without strengthening the productive base. Only domestic production and improved quality can create long-term stability. Discipline in supply, responsibility in management and cooperation with cooperatives and suppliers are required. If these links function, the country will need less foreign currency and will have more opportunities for internal development.

ONLY 5 MONTHS REMAIN UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR

In construction, work must move faster For the remaining months of this year, work organizations and directing bodies must accelerate the pace of fulfilling plan tasks. In the construction sector there are visible delays that risk preventing the successful completion of the intended facilities. According to assessments, the five months remaining are decisive for carrying out the main investments and improving the economy’s supply with new capacities. In many enterprises there is a lack of coordination between design, supply and implementation on the ground. There are cases where facilities have entered the final phase, but have been hindered by a lack of materials, administrative delays or poor work organization. This situation requires immediate measures and greater responsibility from all links. Sector representatives assess that with better mobilization, a clearer division of duties and more careful supervision, many of the difficulties can be overcome. Year-end is not just a matter of statistics, but a test of our ability to complete the work we have begun and put the necessary facilities into operation.
