The work of each and every one is valued by concrete indicators

VLORA They are approaching the 30th anniversary of the cooperative's founding with clear results in the economy and organization. In various sectors, improvements have been made in the implementation of norms, in the use of equipment, and in the control of work processes. Production, yield, and discipline indicators have been used as the basis for evaluating the work of each individual and of the collective. From this spirit of work, useful conclusions have been drawn and measures taken to progress better in the months remaining until the end of the year. In meetings and various analyses, it has been stressed that nothing is achieved without responsibility and without the correct implementation of tasks. The better results are becoming an incentive for those who lag behind.

In Dibër, non-metallic mining develops together with chromium

The chromium-extracting industry, the famous Albanian mineral, has been developing for millennia. Archaeological and historical data show that the first blocks of chromium were processed in our lands a long time ago. Starting work

As much an initiative as a duty for the forest economy is the creation of protective belts and the terracing of hilly areas. In the Librazhd district, where forests and pastures cover a considerable area, work is under way to preserve the forest fund, to carry out new afforestation, and to care for nurseries. The work requires organization, equipment, and broad participation. The forestry enterprise and the cooperatives are coordinating efforts to fulfill the seasonal tasks.

In one of the farms in the area, the workers are carrying out seasonal tasks at a good pace, aiming to deliver production on time. Attention is also being paid to preserving food reserves and ensuring the basis for livestock breeding. However, more technological discipline and better control of the processes are needed.

Unclear text from the photograph and faint print. Fragments of a report or chronicle about a workplace or facility can be seen, with descriptions of the environment and the involvement of workers. Partially readable expressions include: "...to take with them...", "...in these hot days...", "...technology...", "...workers...". The rest is unreadable in this image. A sincere commitment is also needed to the plan, the dough. [?]
