To work and to organize is not only a matter for one person, but for the whole collective. In the basic organization, concern has been expressed over the fact that part of the tasks are being delayed and that responsibilities are not being properly divided. This has had consequences for the implementation of the plans and for the normal functioning of work processes.
At the recent meetings it was emphasized that the unfinished tasks cannot be justified by objective difficulties. They are the result of a lack of initiative and of the inadequate engagement of certain cadres. It was requested that the responsibility of the basic organization be translated into clear tasks and continuous control.
At the same time, the work of those collectives that have shown self-initiative and good results was praised. It was said that their experience should be expanded to other units as well. Only in this way can the situation be improved and the observed weaknesses overcome.
It was also requested that accountability be strengthened and responsibility be taken for every failure to achieve results. Better organization, discipline, and political determination were considered essential conditions for fulfilling the tasks.

In this atmosphere, with assistance and documents through which work in the field is being intensified, the final preparations for the sowing of the second half-year are under way. In the agricultural cooperatives of Vitisë and Fjalitë, the planned tasks so far have been successfully completed. This is being achieved thanks to the commitment of workers, cooperative members, and mechanizers, who are working at an increased pace. In many enterprises, seed, fertilizers, and diesel fuel have been secured in good time.
Work on maintaining the fields and preparing the soil for autumn crops is also continuing at a good pace. Good organizational work and coordination with the relevant units are producing visible results. In this regard, several enterprises have stood out, where the use of mechanization has clearly contributed to accelerating the work.
On this occasion it was emphasized that it is essential for all units to mobilize in order to complete the sowing plan within the optimal deadlines, so as to ensure higher yields. For further success, greater discipline at work and uninterrupted commitment from all factors are required.

The weather and other conditions are affecting the progress of some agricultural and economic work. Despite the efforts of the workers, the results are not at the expected level. In some production units, delays and weaknesses in organization have appeared.
It was said that more responsibility is needed in directing work processes and that the measures taken so far have not been sufficient. The situation calls for greater mobilization of all factors in order to avoid losses and ensure better results in the coming days.

Representatives of the collective requested that the causes of the shortcomings be analyzed more carefully and that they not be satisfied with the overall picture. Only by getting to the heart of the issues can the situation be improved and lasting success ensured.

In fulfilling the planned tasks, sure steps are being recorded in several sectors, thanks to better organization and greater commitment from the collectives. However, it was emphasized that there is still much to be done, especially in increasing discipline and improving the quality of work.
