Thus, for example, as a result of the irrational use of mechanized labor, as well as the increase in material costs, both in plant protection and in the harvesting process, the level of accumulation has been undermined. Shortcomings in the organization of work have also appeared in the collection of seasonal produce. This has meant that part of the vegetable production has not been collected in time and properly. Therefore, at the latest meeting of the working collective, greater responsibility was demanded from the production organizers, as well as more rational use of resources and labor power. Nevertheless, as was stated at a meeting of the labor organization, in some units sufficient discipline has still not been achieved in the collection of vegetables and grapes. As a result, unnecessary losses have been recorded in some places. It is required that, alongside the increased pace of harvesting, product quality be better monitored, transport improved, and losses during storage avoided. It was underlined that the fulfillment of the financial plan is closely linked to reducing costs and increasing efficiency in each section. It was said that the good results achieved in some economies should serve as an example for others. For this reason, the management bodies of the enterprises and cooperatives were obliged to analyze the situation in each sector in the coming days and take concrete measures for improvement.

According to specialists, improving storage conditions and better organization of work can significantly reduce losses. For this reason, clear tasks have been assigned to each sector, especially to collection points and transport units.
