LET US RAISE THE WORK OF THE PARTY AND THE MASSES TO A HIGHER LEVEL
The great possibilities our people have, the large forces of the party and youth, and the creative and patriotic abilities of the working masses are decisive factors in overcoming difficulties and carrying forward the country's economic and social life. Within this framework, raising the leading role of the party, strengthening the activity of the basic organizations, and activating work with the masses remain key tasks. Our party has entered a new stage of work, one that demands more responsibility, more political courage, and closer ties with the ordinary working people. Under today's conditions, every communist, every cadre, every worker must show maturity, determination, and a high sense of responsibility. Only in this way will stability be preserved, the problems that arise be solved, and new paths for development opened.
Everywhere, more must be done to learn firsthand about people's concerns, to listen to their words, and to turn them into concrete decisions and measures. Party work is not merely an organizational matter; it is above all a political and moral matter. Where the basic organization works in a lively spirit, where initiative is supported and accountability is demanded, there movement, mobilization, and results exist. For this reason, uncompromising struggle must be waged against bureaucracy, formalism, and every attitude that distances cadres from the people.
In the economic sectors, in enterprises, cooperatives, schools, and institutions, ideological and political work must go hand in hand with productive work. It is not enough to say what should be done; it is necessary to explain why it should be done, how it should be done, and with what responsibility it should be done. This requires raising the level of leadership, strengthening discipline, improving relations between leaders and collectives, and ensuring a more open, more sincere, and more demanding climate.
Our road is not easy, but it is clear. By relying on the masses, on honest work, on organization, and on a high civic spirit, we can and must overcome every obstacle. This is the duty of the party, of the social organizations, of local government, and of every citizen who loves their country and its future.
