In many places rallies and meetings were organized in which support was expressed for our social order and for the decisions taken.
In our interview, DUAN KOLA emphasizes that the broad participation of the people and the calm with which events are unfolding demonstrate the political maturity and unity of the country. He underlines that this is proof of confidence in the Party line and in Albania’s future.
In many workplaces and residential areas, citizens have expressed readiness to contribute further to strengthening the economy and the socialist order.

In Shkodër: numerous absences among teachers and secondary-school teachers [?]
What is the situation in your district?
The organization and start of classes in schools, in most places, continues to be difficult. Especially in some secondary schools and 8-year schools, there is a shortage of teachers and teaching staff. In different districts, difficulties have been reported in securing staff for certain subjects.
In Shkodër, as has been reported, in some schools in the city and in the countryside there are no teachers for physics, mathematics, foreign languages, and other subjects. The education authorities are trying to find temporary solutions, but the situation remains worrying.
Similar cases have also been reported in other districts. In some places lessons have begun with reduced schedules, while classes have been temporarily merged. This situation requires immediate attention from the competent authorities.

For ensuring forest regeneration
The objectives of the afforestation plan should be achieved and forest resources protected. In many areas, measures are being taken for the natural and artificial regeneration of forests, as well as for the protection of seedlings from damage.
Specialists emphasize that success depends on the scrupulous implementation of agrotechnical measures, on preventing uncontrolled grazing, and on coordination with the local authorities. In some forestry enterprises, work is underway to expand the forested areas.
This is important not only for the economy, but also for the protection of land, water, and the environment.

Cooperative activity
At the expanded meeting of the management council, the results of the season were analyzed and the tasks for the coming period were defined. It was noted that discipline at work and more rational use of equipment have brought some improvements.
The participants called for greater care for the material base, for supply, and for the organization of the work process. In conclusion, it was emphasized that every member of the cooperative must contribute to achieving the objectives.
