STRENGTHENING COOPERATIVE PROPERTY IS THE BASIS OF WELL-BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

The amount of labor and the use of it in the cooperative sector, with the exception of work involving heavy machinery and tasks requiring technical qualifications, is carried out in a mechanized way. These are essentially the features that distinguish cooperative property. It belongs to the community, and the farmer’s yard is joined to the land of the cooperative. Every peasant family has its own place in cooperative relations. This has given, and continues to give, society great mobilizing, political, economic and social power. This is one of the main foundations that has made our cooperatives stable, capable of moving forward on the road to socialism. NUD JOKR, 27 November. Today, in the village of Kallmet, Luigj Gurakuqi district of Lezha, invited by the party basic organization, the chairman of the cooperative, comrade Hysni Kapo, held a discussion with the cooperative peasants. He spoke about the tasks arising from the orientations of the party and the government for strengthening common property, increasing production, and better management of all cooperative assets. It was stressed that cooperative property must be guarded like the apple of one’s eye. Only in this way will our countryside become stronger and life better for everyone. He underlined that the union of labor, land and tools is the foundation of our socialist organization in the countryside. This requires discipline, responsibility, and a struggle against any manifestation of wastefulness or tendencies to view common property as ownerless property. Many cooperativists took part in the discussions, bringing examples of good work and of the care shown for livestock, land and work tools. It was pointed out that certain shortcomings that have appeared in some cases cannot be reconciled with the demands of the time. Therefore the party basic organization, the cooperative council and all workers must further increase control, education and responsibility. In the end, confidence was expressed that, with its own strength, with work and honesty, the cooperative will fulfill its duties with honor.

Unrecorded damage

— Korea — The issue is not the number of damages and the acts committed, nor even the harm caused by disregarding the requirements of the rules. We seek to determine responsibility and find the causes of these damages. On the other hand, lessons must be drawn so they are not repeated. In the mechanical plant, in the drilling department, an important tool became unusable because it was used carelessly. This caused delays in the work process and consequences for production. During the inspection it was noted that there was no complete register of technical services. Some of the equipment had not been checked within the required deadlines. Verification showed that in some cases there had been negligence, lack of discipline and failure to respect instructions. Measures were requested to improve the organization of work and to increase care for the machinery. The sector managers were instructed to keep more accurate records and to report any problem in time.

What should we plant in the cooperative yard for the cooperative year — perivisit

Hawthorn — Drurës — The hawthorn reflects an area of the land with vegetables through intensification, still extensive in certain upper surfaces and boundaries. By choosing the best varieties and carrying out agro-technical services on time, in cooperative yards we can increase the production of fruit trees and other valuable plants. From the second half of February until the end of March, the first plantings can be carried out in warm soils. For protected environments and small areas, healthy seedlings and well-prepared soil are recommended. In cases where organic manure is lacking, other fertilizers should be used according to the norms. At parcel level, irrigation, pruning and disease protection are also important. This requires continuous care and the help of specialists. In the end, all these measures must be accompanied by organized work and constant control.
