The workers themselves state that they have often been warned, but concrete measures have been lacking. Under these conditions, the sound of the whistle is not enough if there is no rational organization of work and strict control of technical discipline. Any disregard can cause serious consequences. The railway management bodies and the enterprise carrying out loading and unloading must take immediate measures so that such negligence does not happen again. (To be continued on page 2)
