The new economic wave: let us sow cotton

In the southern districts, measures have been taken to expand the areas and secure the seed. In the units and farms of the south, efforts have increased to prepare the soil, secure irrigation and improve agrotechnics, so that cotton can be sown on time and with quality. Specialists stress that this year there are better conditions than a year ago and that work should focus on respecting deadlines, fertilization and the first care services after germination. In some areas the planned surfaces have been expanded and a good part of the seed has been secured. However, greater attention is required for mechanization and work discipline, in order to avoid losses and ensure a satisfactory yield.

OUR INFORMATIONAL OBSERVATION

Some ministries keep their distance from Gramsh Diverted from getting out of troubles? Yes. These days, Gramsh makes one think about many things. I see that it is always difficult to communicate directly with people. That is understandable too, but when there is no understanding with others, the deadlock is felt more. Here one often comes across questions of the type: what is happening to us, why this silence, why this indifference from the center? It is not only a matter of everyday problems. It is about certain sectors that remain outside the necessary attention. Gramsh asks for help, support, and a closer presence of the ministries. And this is not an unfounded complaint. In many cases promises were made, words were spoken, plans were drawn up, but the concrete follow-through has lagged behind. Meanwhile the problems pile up and people wait. In enterprises and cooperatives, in services and in everyday life, gaps are felt that could be filled if there were more follow-up from the center. Gramsh is not asking for privileges; it is asking for the attention it deserves.
