IN COORDINATION - CONVICTION AND MOBILIZATION
At this time, when the path of reforms is unfolding and opening new roads toward a faster and more organized development of our social and economic life, the responsibility of coordinated action has quite rightly, and with convincing justification, been placed at the center of attention. Much of the further progress of the processes taking place among us depends on this responsibility, on this care. That is why, quite rightly, at the meeting of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the PPSH emphasis was placed on the need to deepen coordination among the work of state, economic, and social bodies and organizations. Coordination itself is not something formal, nor is it merely a matter of meetings and consultations. It is a necessity arising from the processes themselves, from their interconnection, from the need for tasks to be solved jointly, on time, and responsibly. This means that every link, every institution, every organization must see itself not only in relation to its own direct tasks, but also in relation to the general tasks arising from the interests of our development. In the present circumstances, coordination requires more creative spirit, more initiative, more courage to overcome obstacles and bureaucratic delays. It requires stronger monitoring of implementation, persistent follow-up of the decisions taken, and the avoidance of weak repetition and formalism. Equally important is ensuring, through coordination, broad mobilization of cadres and the working masses to meet the new tasks. Only in this way will our reforms and progress have the necessary practical and political support. Coordination is conviction, it is the will to act together, it is the ability to organize and meet responsibilities. It cannot be replaced by orders or by repeating slogans. It requires clarity in objectives, responsibility in implementation, and readiness for continuous improvement. Therefore, strengthening coordination remains one of the main conditions for our forward march.
THERE IS ENTHUSIASM WITH THE DECISIONS
THE STORY OF THE DECISION
Many of the links in the economic and managerial organization have repeatedly emphasized in practice the need for decisions to be implemented precisely, but this has not always found the necessary support in concrete control and follow-up mechanisms. Delays in implementation, lack of coordination, and unclear distribution of responsibilities have had consequences for the pace of work. Therefore, today more than ever, everyone is required to assume the responsibility that belongs to them and to implement the decisions taken with discipline and dedication. Only in this way can distortions be avoided and the required results achieved in every sector.
ON THE THRESHOLD OF THE FLOW OF NEW NUMBERS [?]
For this data, a certain situation in the work of an important sector of the economy is presented. In this context, the need is raised for higher yields, more rational use of resources, and better organization of work. The indicators presented speak of the efforts being made and the difficulties encountered in practice. However, in the analysis, more accuracy is required, more responsibility in drawing conclusions, and in determining concrete measures. On this path, the coordinated action of the leading bodies, specialists, and working collectives becomes particularly important. Only in this way can the objectives set for the coming period be achieved.

ON THE EDUCATION OF CULTURE WORKERS
The aspects and qualitative improvement of the education of culture workers occupy an important place within professional training. It is necessary for the relevant institutions to develop more effective forms of qualification, improve the programs, and increase attention to the concrete needs of the sector. In this regard, schools, methodological centers, and cultural organizations in the districts play a major role. Experience so far shows that where there is systematic work and high standards of demand, the results are better. This should extend to all levels of education and cultural life.

The scientific work is elevated
Scientific research activity in several sectors is developing at a better pace, but a further improvement in the quality of studies and their link with practice is still required. Specialized institutions must more accurately orient priority topics and support the application of results in the economy and in society.
THEY RECOGNIZE AND ENRICH TRADITIONS
Museologists and various specialists are contributing to the identification, preservation, and enrichment of cultural and historical traditions. In many areas of the country, activities have been developed aimed at collecting, organizing, and presenting the values of popular heritage. This work not only helps educate the younger generation, but also serves to strengthen ties with the past and with our national identity. Greater care is needed for documentation, for display, and for broader community involvement in this activity.
