The answer was always the same and showed the same understanding and clarity. I think that the mechanism just announced is an important step toward increasing the responsibility and competence of the basic organizations and of the staff as a whole. It calls for deeper reflection, but I feel it has been welcomed with enthusiasm." Talks between Reis Malile and Javier Perez De Kueliar Yesterday afternoon at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Socialist Republic of Albania, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Reis Malile, and the Secretary-General of the UN, Javier Perez De Kueliar. At the meeting, which took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, discussions were held on the further development of relations between the People’s Socialist Republic of Albania and the United Nations Organization, as well as on a range of other international issues of mutual interest.
