Among 3 boys, for our teachers and our school
After the Balkan Olympiad for secondary schools, in Sofia
From this? educational event? came out? our student? ...[?] who was awarded a high prize? Among the participants? from the Balkan countries, our team? presented itself with seriousness and scientific culture.
In the history of our school, this is an achievement of value. It speaks not only of the dedication of the students, but also of the tireless work of the teachers, of the continuous preparation, and of the school’s good tradition. In the Olympiad? our representatives? faced difficult tasks, but showed calm, maturity and command of the subject.
The result achieved is an encouragement for the entire teaching collective and for the other students. It proves that even in less-than-easy conditions high results can be achieved when one works persistently. This victory belongs to our school, to the teachers and to the families that have supported them.
On returning from Sofia, our boys were welcomed with joy at school. The students and teachers greeted them as an example of dedication and modesty. Now the aim is for this experience to serve for even better results in the future.

Iron-nickel and chrome for the plan
For the same period, the metallurgical combines are not keeping pace properly.
LIBRAZHD.
- As much as it has been able, the metallurgical combine "Çeliku i Partisë" has provided the economy with oil, gas and raw materials. But the ferronickel and chrome departments are not advancing at the same pace. Data from the first two ten-day periods of this month state that they have fulfilled the production plan for iron-nickel and chrome by 69.4 percent.

Delays in strengthening agriculture
OBSERVATION FROM DIBRA
Why does the collective work in the farms still lag behind, even though not only the weather but also the condition of the crops called for a different pace? That is the question you ask when you see that preparations, sowing, agronomic services and especially the thinning of corn and other crops have fallen behind. In many brigades and cooperatives in the district, work has not been organized in line with the needs of the time. As a result, some plots are sown late, while on other plots services are delayed and the quality is not what it should be.
In the cooperative of [...] the lack of labor and its unfair distribution have caused some processes to fall behind. In this situation, work must be reorganized, forces concentrated, and greater responsibility demanded from the leaders. The supply of chemical fertilizers and spare parts for agricultural machinery has also not been regular.
On the other hand, peasants in the hilly areas are facing a shortage of means for transporting produce and for moving inputs at the right time. If these obstacles are not overcome immediately, the yield of the main crops is at risk. The district has good production potential, but it must be used with greater work discipline and continuous supervision.

Successes in production
.
Results matter more than words; the plan’s cents matter. In Tropojë, for 40 years, work has been carried out in all sectors of cooperation. In the agricultural cooperatives and in the state enterprises, production tasks are being fulfilled. Export indicators are moving according to forecast, while for some products the plan has been exceeded. This shows better work organization and greater responsibility on the part of officials and workers.
Improvements have also been recorded in auxiliary activities. Materials have been saved, revenues have increased, and interest in the rational use of the production base has grown. However, there are still reserves that need to be mobilized in order to ensure a more stable pace of work until the end of the month and of the half-year.

For the increase of the population’s health culture
The need to raise the population’s health culture has often been discussed, especially in workplaces and schools, but desired results have still not been achieved everywhere. Especially in remote areas and in some workplaces, there remains a need for more health education, better hygiene and greater care for children and mothers.
Doctors, nurses and mass organizations must intensify their work with talks, lectures and practical examples. Health culture does not grow through advice alone, but also through improvements in drinking water, cleanliness, housing and personal discipline. In many cases, simple illnesses become more serious because of negligence and because people go to the doctor too late.
Therefore, preventive work must be daily, especially in the countryside. It must be supported by local government, schools, the front and women’s organizations, so that a new climate of care for health is created.

WHEN DISCUSSING THE 1991 DRAFT PLAN
LET US NOT FORGET WHAT NATURE GIVES US...
1.
In the seven and...? enclosed? and? rather? postcard? of? responsibility? of? the social environment? of the coast? and natural landscape? In conditions where the economy is facing difficulties, attention to the preservation of natural wealth often fades. But this is wrong, because nature is also an important source of development.
2.
Forests, pastures, waters and other resources must occupy a prominent place in the draft plan. It is not enough just to exploit them; regeneration, protection and rational use are required. In many areas forest surfaces have been damaged, streams and rivers have been polluted, and tourist and climatic resources have been neglected. These must be seen as part of the national economy and of people’s well-being.
3.
If the plan drafters do not take this wealth into account, the consequences will be felt for a long time. The land will become impoverished, the waters will decrease, erosion will advance. On the contrary, if investment is made in afforestation, in soil protection, in water regulation and in the proper management of pastures, the country gains production and beauty at the same time.
