The half-year campaign comes in its final days

Skilful organization avoids difficulties Shkodër district - SHKODËR - The completion of the work through a more rational organization of forces and means, with the fullest possible use of time and technical equipment, is a necessity in order to achieve higher rhythms in finishing the harvest and threshing campaign. This is made clear in the united agricultural cooperative «Miqësia», in the Barbullush center, which has 1,080 hectares of bread cereals to be harvested, or 5,400 quintals of wheat. In the last few days here, despite the difficulties created by unstable weather, the best forces and the most powerful equipment have been concentrated. Six combine harvesters have been put into operation on extended shifts. In addition, 10 combine harvesters from neighboring cooperatives are working. A desirable part of the crop has already been taken from the field. The grain sector itself has ensured that, alongside the harvesting front, transport and services are better organized, and readiness has been increased for the removal of every quantity of wheat without losses and with storage conditions secured. At the free disposal of cadres and specialists, this cooperative is also being assisted by the district. People and equipment have been mobilized from enterprises and institutions. This cooperation, which is expanding in many directions, has helped overcome temporary obstacles and maintain the pace of work. Unstable weather has caused interruptions from time to time, but skilful organization, strict observance of shifts, and rational use of technology have made it possible to avoid any marked decline in the pace of harvesting and threshing. We are coping with export growth

- KORÇË - In order to actively seek new ways and possibilities for increasing export activities and ensuring the fulfillment of plan tasks, the collective of the Agricultural-Industrial Enterprise of Korçë has made better use of raw materials, uncovered reserves in the organization of work, and expanded ties with partners. Especially in recent months, efforts have increased to keep all production and processing units operating. The growth in market demands has also required an improvement in quality and technological discipline. In this context, measures have been taken to ensure the rhythm of production, to use capacities more rationally, and to reduce losses. This has created conditions for orders to be fulfilled on time and for the enterprise’s authority in relations with its customers to be maintained. The experience accumulated in the fruit and vegetable canning and processing units is also helping to increase export efficiency. Workers, specialists, and managers have been directed to exploit every opportunity to increase export volumes and expand the range of products. (continued on page 2)

Improving export activity remains a concern

- BERAT - In this busy period of the year, when the fulfillment of plan tasks is at the center of attention, the collective of the NPV of Berat has worked to strengthen technological discipline and improve the internal organization of production. Special measures have been taken to eliminate supply obstacles, to use raw materials carefully, and to ensure a more stable pace of production. In the main units, quality control has been increased and emphasis has been placed on individual and collective responsibility for fulfilling export tasks. At the same time, more appropriate forms of cooperation have been sought with suppliers and partner enterprises, so that orders can be fulfilled according to deadlines. However, problems still remain that require more energetic solutions, especially in the full use of capacities, in work rhythm, and in the expansion of export items. These issues have become the subject of analyses and concrete tasks for the period ahead. (continued on page 2)

It has been said: the new bridge beam began production in the shop of the lead

IN THE WORKS OF THE 5-YEAR PLAN Organized and at the forefront, the enterprise brigades and specialists completed the assembly and put the new unit into operation. The work was raised at an accelerated pace and with material savings, relying on its own forces. This creates possibilities for increasing production and for better supplying the economy with the relevant articles. The enterprise collective considers this an important success of the 5-year plan and a sign of commitment to the implementation of tasks. Efforts are now focused on achieving the project parameters and ensuring the quality of production. (continued on page 2)

Better harmonization of incentives

Kostaq Duma At the bottom, people are also facing the plan tasks with a high sense of responsibility. This is shown by the fact that, despite not entirely favorable conditions, many brigades have achieved good norms and have secured a stable pace of work. The experience of these collectives shows that when work organization is based on fair incentives and reward according to results, not only production grows, but also the responsibility of each individual. The issue is that the incentive system should be clearer, more directly linked to the main indicators, and should encourage at the same time quality, economy in materials, and discipline. In some cases, small mismatches in the distribution of rewards have created unnecessary dissatisfaction. These phenomena should be avoided through regular analyses, transparency, and broader participation of the collective in decision-making. Improving the harmonization of incentives will affect not only the growth of production efficiency, but also the strengthening of the moral climate at work, creating a sense of justice and appreciation for every contributor.
