WE SHALL WORK WITH A HIGH SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY AND UNBROKEN PASSION
— In the agricultural enterprises of the Durrës district, 2 quintals per hectare more wheat than planned were obtained —
Dear comrade Ramiz
In the greeting message you sent on the occasion of the completion of the wheat harvest and the delivery of obligations to the state by the workers of the agricultural enterprises of the Durrës district, we have not only felt the high esteem that the Party and you personally give to our work and sacrifices, but also the demands for accountability that the Party expects from us. This makes us reflect more deeply on today's tasks and those ahead of us.
In the conditions in which our country is facing many difficulties and shortages, we feel even more strongly the responsibility to increase production, to use every reserve sparingly and wisely, to strengthen discipline and order in work. On our side, in the agricultural enterprises of the Durrës district, this year's wheat result, 2 quintals per hectare above the plan, is an indication that when work is organized, accountability is demanded, and dedication is shown, better results are achieved.
We know that this achievement does not allow us to become complacent. On the contrary, it places new responsibilities on us. We must ensure loss-free harvesting and threshing, the collection of the entire production, the preservation of the feed base for livestock, the timely preparation of the land for the second plantings, as well as the smooth progress of all other agricultural processes. In this framework, we shall work with a high sense of responsibility and unbroken passion.
Your greeting message is a great moral encouragement for us. It strengthens our conviction that the way to overcome difficulties lies only through work, through increasing production, through the implementation of state and technological discipline, and through relying on our own forces. Thanking you for your appreciation, we assure you that we shall make further efforts to fulfill and surpass the tasks.

Objectives Are Not Achieved with Excuses and Waiting
In the drinking water campaign
The situation regarding drinking water in some areas of the country remains problematic. To achieve the planned objectives, more organized work, better use of resources, and stronger control are required. Instead of relying on objective difficulties, leaders and collectives must seek concrete solutions and increase the pace of the work.
Analyses carried out have shown that delays are linked to a lack of responsibility, weaknesses in the supply of materials, and the incomplete use of capacities. Therefore, all links in the chain are required to move forward with full responsibility and to eliminate every kind of excuse and passive waiting.
Improving the supply of drinking water for the population is an important social and economic task and cannot tolerate delays.

The Ancient Language
— By the lower intellectual of the voice of the people[?] —
Like all other civilizations, our language also carries within itself deep layers of history, customs, and experiences. It is the spiritual wealth of the nation and the bearer of the memory of generations.
Its treatment requires care, love, and linguistic culture. Ancient words, popular expressions, and ways of speaking that have come down to our days are not worthless relics, but living testimony to our historical path.
Preserving them does not conflict with the development of the literary language; on the contrary, it enriches it and ties it more closely to the popular source.
