WHAT IS URGENT NOW FOR WOMEN?

SPECIALISTS ADVISE US Given the work, the burden, and the difficulties of our lives, it is becoming increasingly necessary for women to care for themselves, for their health, for their inner peace, and for their appearance. In this article, specialists offer some specific advice for women today. In times of such difficulties, it is important to maintain a normal rhythm of life, to avoid excessive fatigue, and not to neglect food, rest, and personal hygiene. Care for the skin, the hair, regular sleep, and as restrained an attitude as possible toward the day’s worries are necessary. Women, both at work and in the family, carry many responsibilities. Therefore, they should not forget that a little time for themselves is also beneficial. A walk, some exercise, and a more regular daily routine can influence both physical and psychological well-being.
