THE LAND NEEDS THE SWEAT OF ITS PEOPLE
Faced with the current difficulties, new forms of work are being created that rely on the initiative and responsibility of people. In many areas of the country, agricultural work is being focused on better use of the land, on mobilizing forces, and on increasing production. This requires more sweat, more dedication, and a closer direct connection between people and the land.
People in the countryside know well that the land gives nothing without work. It needs people, care, discipline, and organization. In today's conditions, it is essential that every inch of land be used wisely, that seasonal work rhythms be maintained, and losses avoided. This is the task of everyone, especially of those who are in daily contact with agricultural production.
In many cooperatives and agricultural enterprises, steps have been taken to increase individual responsibility and expand forms of incentive. Where work is done conscientiously, the results are also more visible. Experience shows that when a person feels the land as their own responsibility, they produce more and better.
This is a demand of the time. The land needs the sweat of its people, skilled hands, and clear minds. Only in this way can difficulties be overcome and the daily bread for the country be secured.
LET US TURN ALL ATTENTION TO PRODUCTION - THE DEMAND OF THE DAY
Neglect strikes politics
In the difficult conditions the country is going through, the issue of production acquires first-rate importance. From all sectors of the economy, higher responsibility, better organization, and the use of every opportunity are required so as not to allow any further decline in production.
Neglect, leaving work undone, lack of discipline, and lack of a sense of responsibility damage not only the economy, but also the social and political climate itself. When products are lacking, people's everyday difficulties worsen and confidence in solutions weakens.
Therefore, all attention must be turned to productive work. This is the demand of the day and a civic responsibility. Every enterprise, every cooperative, every unit, and every collective must do its part to maintain work rhythms and ensure market supply.
