THE PPSH PROGRAMME - A POSSIBILITY FOR CONTEMPORARY DEVELOPMENT
I am convinced by its maturity
SERAFIN
It is the stage of the disintegration of the former forms of expression of social and political consciousness. This is precisely what poses a major political problem, but also a major philosophical problem for us and our future. Why is this happening? Why are these enormous and rapid changes in values, in law, in the state, taking place? This means that there has been a mismatch between content and form. The existing social, political and economic relations no longer correspond to the demands of the time. That is why the need is arising for a new programme, for a new concept of development, for a new political consciousness.
The PPSH Programme, as a document of our time, should not be read only as a party programme, but as a document that expresses political maturity and an effort to understand reality in motion. In it there is an effort to preserve the continuity of positive values, but also to open new horizons for democracy, for the economy and for human life. It comes at a moment when our people are tired of slogans and are looking for concrete solutions.
What convinces me is precisely the maturity of this document. There are no hasty sentences, no ill-considered promises, no absolute denials. There is a tone that calls for dialogue and an awareness that nothing changes by decree. This is of particular importance at a time when political emotions often take precedence over reason. The programme does not hide the difficult situation, but neither does it fall into despair. On the contrary, it seeks a way out through work, organization and reforms.
Naturally, the programme cannot be perfect. No political document can claim to have said the final word. But it lays the foundation for a necessary debate about the future. And that is its greatest value. Our people need clarity, understandable language and orientation. The PPSH Programme offers precisely that: a measured orientation, without pathos, without adventurism, without false illusions.
If we want to build a fairer and more open society, we must understand that the era of frozen formulas has come to an end. Now what is required is political creativity and civic responsibility. In this sense, the PPSH Programme represents a possibility for contemporary development, because it invites thought, reform and social cooperation.

Why I support this programme
A. Makonci from Skoradna, a commune in Suhareka, with full desire
The discussions with my comrades about the programme have been becoming deeper and have gained more substance. This has clearly happened after discussions in the basic organizations, in the numerous party bodies and in workers' assemblies. The PPSH Programme, as an open document for debate, has been received with interest because it directly touches human life, the position of work and the future of the country.
I support this programme because in it I see the possibility of changing many things that have not gone well. We need more order in the economy, more responsibility in institutions and more freedom of thought. A person should feel secure in their work and have the chance to live better from their own sweat. The programme gives precisely this importance.
I think it is important that the document contains no empty slogans. It speaks about reforms, work, social justice and the participation of citizens in decision-making. This makes me support it, because criticism of the past alone is not enough; a new path must also be built. The programme does not avoid the problems, but names them and tries to answer them.
In the countryside and in the city, people want peace, work and a future for their children. If the programme is implemented honestly, it can create conditions for production to grow, life to normalize and trust to return. That is why I support this programme.

The market economy – a sphinx
Siliks
In terms of meaning and orientation, there is a great deal of ambiguity surrounding the market economy. Some see it as an immediate solution to all problems, others as a major social danger. The truth is that the market economy is not magic, but a complex system of relations that requires functioning institutions, legality, responsibility and a work culture.
The market economy implies competition, but not the destruction of the human being. It implies private initiative, but not anarchy. It implies profit, but also public responsibility. If rules, oversight and the rule of law are lacking, then the market is distorted and turns into a privilege for the powerful. That is why the transition to such an economy must be considered seriously.
For a long time here, the belief has existed that it is enough to change the name of the system and things will sort themselves out. This is an illusion. Without production, without investment, without professional knowledge and without social trust, there can be no healthy market. Likewise, there can be no development if work is undervalued and if wealth is created without sweat.
The sphinx of the market economy lies precisely here: understanding how to reconcile economic freedom with social justice. This requires wise policy and strong institutions. Otherwise, the market may produce not development, but chaos.

According to the needs of society
My article supported from Tirana
ASILAN SAVAÇI
To make a fair assessment of the new political programme requires listening to the voices of society. The demands coming from the grassroots, from workers, from the intelligentsia and from the youth can no longer be ignored. Society is asking for more open institutions, a more efficient economy and more opportunities for people.
In precisely this direction, the programme brings several orientations that correspond to the needs of the time. It does not promise miracles, but gradual and considered change. This is important, because the country needs stability as much as reform. Any rushed move could bring serious consequences.
From Tirana come support and many views for this approach. This shows that the need for reform is not only local, but general. The people want to be heard and to take part in public life. Only in this way can a new political and social climate be created.

The paths of renewal are open
PPSH press conference
In the course of the discussions on the programme, at a press conference it was emphasized that the political renewal process is open and that it must develop with responsibility. Representatives of the PPSH said that public debate is indispensable and that without it no new trust can be built between citizens and institutions.
It was underlined that the programme aims to create conditions for democratic development, economic reform and strengthening of the legal order. Journalists asked questions about the manner of implementation, the deadlines and the role of the basic organizations. According to the participants, opening the debate throughout the country shows that there is a will for change.
However, it was acknowledged that there are also doubts, reservations and concerns. For this very reason, the process was described as open: so that every remark may be heard and taken into account. Only in this way can renewal gain broad support.

830 people who left last week returned from Italy
SHKUPI YMERA
It was officially announced that 830 people who left last week returned from Italy. After their return, the relevant administrative bodies are following the procedures and carrying out the necessary checks. The news has aroused great interest because it is linked to recent population movements and to the economic and social situation.
According to the published data, most of those who returned are young people who had attempted to cross over in search of a better life. The authorities have called for calm and respect for the law, stressing that the country's problems are not solved by mass departures, but by work and reforms.
In public opinion, the event has been received with strong emotions. Some see it as a direct consequence of the crisis, others as a sign of accumulated dissatisfaction. However, it remains clear that the situation requires a serious solution and a real perspective for the people.

The paths of renewal are open
PPSH press conference
In the continuation of the press conference, it was said that political renewal cannot be understood as a one-time act, but as a long process that requires civic maturity and institutional responsibility. It was emphasized that the new programme must be turned into everyday practice and not remain only a document.
The representatives spoke about the need for reforms in the economy, in the administration and in political culture. They said that without dialogue with citizens and without public accountability, no new trust can be built. The importance of the basic organizations in clarifying the programme was also mentioned.
At the end, there was a call for the debate to develop calmly and without prejudice. The country needs work, order and hope, not new divisions.

Thanks
Since the beginning of the election campaign I have received several letters with official and anonymous threats, the signatories of which urge me to give up my candidacy as direct deputy to the Assembly of Kosovo, in the Skënderaj electoral district. Elbasa, the senders of these letters with warning signals are also taking serious life-threatening measures to achieve their aim. But I have made the struggle of my life, which is hard to separate from the barricade of that post. I thank all the voters of this district for their support and trust.
