No! When it comes to voting, let each person vote according to their own mind. I believe I know how to distinguish good from evil. I am an old villager; I have spent all these years with the Party. We have tied our lives to it, we have had our troubles and our joys with it. That is why I will vote for the PPSH. I am not afraid to say this. I am convinced of it. Xhemgjo) Voices and calls for overthrow, for chaos, for revolt are coming out through completely different and disguised means and techniques. We have seen such things before. Who does not know what happens when calm is lost, when the law is violated, when order is destroyed? It is our duty not to fall prey to deception. I have been a worker, I have seen a lot, I have read even more. I think the PPSH should be voted for not out of habit, but because it is the force that keeps the state, bread, order and the future. THE PRESIDIUM DECIDED TO PROVIDE A VOTING HOLIDAY The Presidium of the Socialist People's Assembly of Albania decided that Sunday, 31 March 1991, and Monday, 1 April 1991, would be days off for all workers, in order to give voters the opportunity to take part in the voting. We have tied our lives [?] and hopes. In good times and difficult ones we have seen who has borne the burden of the country. Even today, when there are voices, pressure and uncertainty, I do not waver. This is not the first time our country has been put to the test. But we have gone through bigger trials. I will cast my vote for the PPSH, because I want peace, order, work and a future for the children. Do not ask me with slogans. Ask me with my life. And my life is tied to this Party.

Comrades with [?.] in [?.] and the future of the country cannot be left in the hands of adventure. For this reason my vote will be for the Party of Labour of Albania. I trust that it will know how to correct mistakes, move forward and defend the interests of the people. Honest people are not afraid of the vote. They are afraid of lies, confusion and insecurity. That is why I say that everyone should think with their own head and not under the prompting of others. For me, the PPSH has been and remains the greatest guarantee of peace and order.
