The first sitting of the 12th Legislature of the People's Assembly was declared open by the oldest deputy, comrade Spiro Dede. After the approval of the agenda, the chairman of the CEC, comrade Kristaq Kume, on behalf of the committee for verifying the deputies’ mandates, presented the report on the validity of the deputies’ mandates. It was established that the elections for deputies to the People's Assembly were held in accordance with the law and that the deputies’ mandates are regular. The report was approved by the People's Assembly. On the matter of the documents and the organization of the work of the People's Assembly, comrade Sokrat Plaka presented a report. The sitting continued with discussions on the temporary rules of procedure of the People's Assembly. At the end of the meeting, the relevant decisions were approved. [?]
