IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE NEW PARTY ELECTION CAMPAIGN
With a creative spirit and activity
BULES
We have gone through a few very intensive days linked to an organizational and political activity in the party. Many things have been discussed and decided during this period. This activity of the party and its members is being carried out within the framework of the campaign for the new party elections, which began with the party bases.
The work has been carried out at a fast pace and has been implemented responsibly by many base organizations. In this process, party cadres, mass organizations, and a good part of the economic and local government cadres have also taken active part.
At the center of the organizations’ attention has been the enlivening of internal party life, the analysis of the work done so far, drawing lessons, and taking measures to improve activity in the future. Problems of discipline, communist ethics, the implementation of statutory norms, and the party’s ties with the masses have been discussed.
In many bases, a more open and freer climate of discussion has been observed. Members have spoken without fear about shortcomings, have criticized bureaucratic and subjective manifestations, and have made useful proposals on how organizational and ideological-political work should be strengthened. In many cases it has been pointed out that elections should not be seen as a formal act, but as a means of cleansing the ranks, increasing the role of organizations, and activating the communists.
It was also stressed that the success of this campaign is closely linked to the seriousness of the leading bodies, the preparation of documents, and the monitoring of the implementation of decisions. More contact with working people was called for, more personal example from cadres, and a firmer attitude toward shortcomings.
Experience so far shows that where base organizations have been well prepared, where reports are clear, and where discussion takes place without prejudice, the elections are producing good results. They are helping awaken responsibility, strengthen unity, and increase the authority of the party.

The masses are finalizing victory
PERVIT
In the territory of Kruma and Fierza, the spirit of organization and work for the fulfillment of tasks is being felt. The organizations are mobilizing forces to achieve the plan targets and ensure production growth. At the center of attention is work with people, political clarification, and discipline in work.
According to reports coming from the field, the collectives are showing a high level of determination. There are good examples in cooperatives and enterprises where measures were taken to improve organization, increase yields, and avoid losses. Workers and specialists are cooperating more closely and are seeking concrete solutions to everyday problems.
In the meetings held these days, it was stressed that victory is ensured through persistent work, discipline, and careful leadership. It was requested that every sector identify its reserves and use them efficiently.

An example of an initiative
FORCADEC
In the base organization no. 33 at the Munella mine, discussions took place with broad participation and responsibility. The report highlighted the achievements, but also the shortcomings that have hindered the pace of work. The communists called for stronger ties with the masses, a fight against formalism, and better implementation of decisions.
During the discussions it was said that the organization should be closer to the front line of work and set a better example in solving concrete problems. Proposals were made to increase oversight, strengthen ideological-political education, and help young cadres.
At the end, the new bureau was elected and the main tasks for the coming period were defined.

Who is spoiling the relations?
- V. XHEHU -
In conditions of growing demands for responsibility and discipline, work relations take on special importance. In an industrial enterprise, weaknesses were noted in communication and in respect for norms, which led to unnecessary tensions. The author notes that often the issue is not a lack of ability, but a lack of willingness to listen and cooperate.
He further stresses that managers should not be content with orders and reprimands, but must set an example in correctness and fairness. Only in this way can a healthy climate be created, where responsibilities are clearly divided and everyone accounts for his own task.

Land in Agricultural Communities remains at a standstill
It is already nearly a year that the gap between the mass of cooperative members and the leaderships of the agricultural communities has not narrowed. In many places, a lack of organization, delays in seasonal work, and misuse of production opportunities continue to be seen. Villagers complain about the unjust distribution of land and about not receiving the necessary means in time.
In the meetings held, it was said that there is a need for more responsibility from the leaders, for accountability, and for more frequent controls. Without these, the work remains at a standstill and the most suitable time for sowing is lost.
