COMMUNIQUÉ
On the joint meeting of the Plenum of the Party Central Committee and the Organizing Committee for the preparation of the 10th Congress of the PPSH, at which the draft programme and draft statute of the party, the Congress organization platform, and important decisions for its conduct were discussed and approved.
On 7, 8 and 9 June, in the premises of the PPSH, the joint meeting of the Plenum of the Party Central Committee and the Organizing Committee for the preparation of the 10th Congress of the PPSH was held.
At the meeting, the draft programme and draft statute of the party, the platform for the organization and procedure of the Congress, as well as the candidates for delegates, were discussed and approved.
The communiqué states that these documents were drawn up on the basis of broad discussions in party organizations and in public opinion, aiming at the renewal of the party and its adaptation to the new political and social conditions.
At the meeting, the need to preserve the unity of the party, to ensure the democratic conduct of the Congress, and for the responsibility of the leading structures in this process was emphasized.
It was decided that the materials be made known to the delegates and the relevant organizations and that work continue on the comprehensive preparation of the 10th Congress.

YESTERDAY IN THE PEOPLE'S ASSEMBLY
At yesterday's session of the People's Assembly, discussions were held on the composition of the government and the new Chairman of the Council of Ministers was elected.
The People's Assembly continued the work of its plenary meeting by examining important issues of political and state life.
At the session, proposals were presented concerning the composition of the executive bodies, the tasks of the new government, and measures to cope with the economic situation.
After the discussions, the People's Assembly elected comrade Ylli Bufi to the post of Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
The discussions emphasized the need to increase the responsibility of the administration, strengthen order, and improve the supply of the population.
