Justice?! The PDSH committee has been given everything except reform. In what followed, accusations and counter-accusations were made, names and positions were mentioned, comparisons were drawn with the past, and it was demanded that the clarification of violations not be obstructed and that the path of the law be followed. In the discussions, issues of order, peace, the rule of law, political pluralism and major economic and social transformations were addressed. It was emphasized that further democratization should consolidate order and peace, strengthen the state, political and legal pluralism, and open the way for reforms. Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph two, and 78, paragraph two, of the constitutional law dated 29.4.1991, the Presidium of the People’s Assembly decided:
1. To relieve comrade Ylli Bufi of the duties of Deputy Prime Minister.
