“VICTORY, VICTORY, THE SOCIALIST PARTY WILL WIN”

— Skënder Gjinushi publishes the work of Social Democracy and the family of Tetova A passionate crowd of supporters of socialism and social democracy drew us closer and closer, speaking and speaking with the chairman of the Social Democratic Party, Skënder Gjinushi, the coalition candidate for deputy in Tirana. Among the young people, boys and girls, the elderly and pensioners, they listened attentively, with the desire to touch him, to cry with him, with a man who wishes the majority of our ordinary people well. He spoke in clear terms about the new developments, about the need for unity of the left, about democratic socialism and about the right of ordinary people to live with dignity. In his speech he said that the elections of 22 March are decisive for the fate of the country and that the people must vote against the forces that seek to lead the country into division and poverty. He harshly criticized the Democratic Party and its economic program, saying that it leaves the poor without protection and without property, while a socialist victory guarantees ordinary people and their right to live. The crowd welcomed him with applause and cries: “Victory, victory, the Socialist Party will win”.

Assessment and praise — the honor and pride of the people

The recognition of those who worked and resisted with strength and steadfastness against the new and old wolves who sought to lead Albania to ruin is not only a moral duty but also a necessity of the times. After the recent changes, efforts were made to devalue everything that had been built with hardship in this country. Sacrifice was denied, work was insulted, history was humiliated. This has brought confusion into people’s minds and doubt about the future. But the people do not forget. They know who stood by them in difficult days, who defended them, and who today seeks to sell them dreams with empty promises. Therefore, valuing truth, work, honesty and sacrifice is an honor for the people and a source of pride for them. If we defend the values that made us move forward, we will defend Albania itself and our dignity. Otherwise, we will open the way to adventure, destruction and the rule of money over human beings. ANARCHY – THE THRESHOLD OF DICTATORSHIP!

Democracy is in danger! There are symptoms of the very same road that leads to abduction, violence and arbitrary rule. In the name of freedom, forces are emerging that want chaos, because only in chaos do they find the ground to seize power. If the authority of law and the state is not restored, if the crowd replaces institutions, then anarchy becomes the threshold of dictatorship. History has shown that iron rule is born from disorder. Instead of inciting hatred and revenge, citizenship, tolerance and political responsibility must be strengthened. Forces that seek to win through pressure and threats do not bring democracy but an even more brutal order. Albanians need democratic order, bread, work and peace. This can only be achieved through free voting, law and institutions. (Continued on page 4)

The fear of cowards

This is not democracy If those who speak most about freedom are in fact afraid of the judgment of the people and of the free vote, then we are dealing with political cowards. They use noise, slander and pressure to hide the lack of a program and of popular support. Democracy is not built with shouting, threats and attacks against the opponent. It requires respect for the law, for the opponent and for the institutions. Therefore, this is not the democracy that was promised. Those who incite hostility and hatred toward the socialists, toward working people and ordinary people, want to sow fear. But the people understand this game and will punish them with their vote. EVANS NUNN failed twice in the fall of Berlin. First, with the American anti-communist cocktail against the communists. Second, with the very fine American plan of “pluralism”, from the University “Albanian...
