THE OBSERVER In the unstable socialist election box, signatures have been placed with meaning. Many, young but uneducated, are today oriented by unfounded reasons. 26 Rrëshen, residents in unity have shown a lively interest in the Socialist Party. I saw in all its villages volunteers determined to support it. Even in the city, enthusiasm for the elections is strong.
