According to the editorial board, the Ministry of Tourism of Albania and its structures should support local entrepreneurs, not allowing tourist assets to pass indiscriminately into foreign hands. In many areas of the coast and of cultural heritage, tourism potential remains untapped or is badly managed. Policies must ensure that Albanian citizens are the first to benefit from tourism development, employment and ownership.

- Yesterday at 09:00, a tractor of type “TU 11”, in poor condition, with no. TR 650, driven by B. M. from the village of Vranisht, Vlorë district, property of the Agricultural Enterprise, came without permission to the village of the 6th of June NV of Delvina and entered cultivated land sown with wheat and alfalfa in order to plough it. 14 members of the agricultural cooperative “Myslim Keta” opposed his actions. The tractor driver alerted the police by radio, and a 10-member unit was sent to the scene. Police forces took 13 people to the station. One person was arrested for arbitrary actions and for attempting to prevent work with the tractor. 11 people were released. The situation calmed down.
