Flas Nano states: Megalomaniac rulers are not capable of governing and they even make a pen into a burden THE PSSH DELEGATION LED BY FATOS NANO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ITS VISIT TO CHINA AND RETURNED HOME The cuts in trade and in relations with the distant Asian country over the last decade have caused significant damage not only to the Albanian economy, but also to traditional ties of friendship. The official visit of the delegation of the Socialist Party of Albania to the People's Republic of China, led by its chairman, Fatos Nano, opened new prospects for cooperation. During the stay in Beijing the delegation held meetings with senior representatives of the Communist Party of China and state institutions. The talks addressed possibilities for expanding economic, cultural and political cooperation, as well as exchanges between the parties. The delegation visited several industrial and agricultural centers, where it became closely acquainted with the pace of economic development and with the Chinese experience in administering reforms. Fatos Nano emphasized that Albania needs reliable partners and a political climate that encourages work, production and investment. On his return, he declared that megalomaniac rulers are not capable of governing and that the country needs responsibility, moderation and national dialogue.
