A Kosovar man, without a uniform and newly arrived the previous day from the areas inhabited by Albanians in Kosovo, took the podium and said that the reason he was at this protest was the prison sentence of Fatos Nano, unjustly and for his political beliefs.
"Azem Hajdari, Fitim Dida, Genc Pollo and other democrats have taken part in all the peaceful demonstrations we have held here. Why are we not worthy of protesting for Fatmir Gjata, if we lived here, for Fatos Nano?"
