Hamzë Alia thanks the Italian government for
the aid and emphasizes that it was a measure
that saved the country from bloodshed. Judge
Bendo and then he when he also thanks the
Turkish government and the Greek one.
The scene of yesterday's session clarifies the
work, the crossing of the invitation letter of
the institution and the points marked inside
the envelope. The opposition leader of the
state stops the party government. This caused
the country damage which harms.[?]
We have already seen one, but can criminal
charges be brought for bank transfers ordered
by the government? They were made on order
and official documents and on the basis of
government decisions. Another issue is
whether those transfers were useful or not for
the state.
Severe penalties have been imposed on these
actions and they have been called "abuses",
but in the courtroom it emerged that precisely
in the face of these orders there existed a
political and state logic of the period. The
defense is trying to show that everything has
been treated as a criminal matter for political
reasons.

We have not seen and believe that the aid
given to our country by foreign governments
at a critical moment can become the subject
of a political accusation. On the contrary,
this aid should be valued as a contribution
to avoiding a possible tragedy.
From this perspective, any attempt to
present it as blame runs counter to state
logic and the reality of that time.

TESTIFIES IN COURT
In yesterday's session, some
speculations, things of apparent benefit,
were gathered.
1991? border security? it had been said that
the government had left the country in a

for the memory and honor of the state. As
