FATOS NANO FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR AND MINDS TO UNDERSTAND...
NOTE: THE PROSECUTOR GIVES PREFERENCE
FATOS NANO FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR AND MINDS TO UNDERSTAND...
- The customs boss is overstating without opening up to fix the system
- The customs and response and predetermined preferences
- Everything that is to be prepared according to the “scheme”
Just as the other elaborate entry yesterday also passed unnoticed in “Zëri i Popullit”, where, after 8 years, the new leaders send instructions day by day to muzzle the journalist. In such a time, in such a system, anything that tries to tell some truth is treated as a mistake and as an enemy.
To understand how customs works today and how preference is given to the powerful, one must also read what is not openly said. In recent days, data, statements, objections and clarifications have been made public that show the system is not being fixed, but is being used according to interests.
The lady who is filling in is on the move, declaring, in the name of “the law”, things that do not fit the realities of life. In this environment, where preference for the man tied to power is stronger than the law, anything becomes possible. From here comes our concern.
FATOS NANO declares on behalf of his group that this way can no longer continue. According to him, the citizen, the entrepreneur and the state itself lose when customs becomes a place of privileges. The problem is well known and felt by anyone who sees everyday life.
Likewise, he stresses that there is no reform without responsibility and no responsibility without transparency. These are the principles that must establish order, not the wishes of officials. If this does not happen, every promise remains propaganda.

THE FIRST BSPSH CONGRESS ENDED
It decided the workers’ affiliation and the stance toward the government
- Where are the founders of BSPSH?
The government, for four wages and the reduction of 2 wages, must as soon as possible release the financial possibilities, an alternative voice to the anti-social decisions of the government and parliament. That was the position of the trade unionists. It will support movements that will bring about a rapid improvement in workers’ economic and social conditions.
Moreover, the congress assessed that the political forces have not assumed the responsibility that belongs to them. For this reason, the union must preserve its independence and defend the interests of its members.
The former chairman of BSPSH, Mr. Valer Xheka, while describing the history of the creation of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Albania, said that it had been founded in conditions when the country was going through major social upheavals.
Further discussion concerned how the number of members has decreased and how many of its founders have left the union. This question remained hanging in the hall as well: where are the founders of BSPSH?
At the end, the congress approved the documents and elected the governing bodies.

PUBLIC DECLARATION OF THE AUTONOMOUS OIL UNION
Through this declaration, the SNT calls on the government to take measures on wages and working conditions, as well as to stop discrimination against workers in the sector.
It is particularly emphasized that the lack of investment and insecurity in the workplace are weighing heavily on the lives of oil workers.
The union leaders demand immediate dialogue with the responsible institutions.

SPRING... UNDER THE DIRECTIVE OF THE DP
Parallel
If one follows the developments of recent days closely, one gets the impression that the spring season is being used as a political metaphor and not as the natural rhythm of life.
Many of the actions presented as spontaneous appear to be guided by clear party interests. In this sense, “spring” is no longer civic hope, but a slogan serving a decision-making center.
This makes it all the more necessary for the citizen to distinguish between propaganda and reality.
Instead of visible reforms, the public is offered symbols and ready-made phrases.

MR. BUNDO YEN THE JOURNALISTS
Are the government and the mayor of Tirana making a deal to make the capital “pleasant”? Or is there a visible mixing of private and public interests?
The article raises doubts about the way decisions are being taken and about the role of people who exert influence without public accountability.
The journalists, according to the author, should not remain silent in the face of these developments.

“The state of today has no functioning brain”
- Fatos Nano denounces unconstitutional actions by the chief against lawyer Sankaku
In a lively session with many exchanges, Fatos Nano accused state structures of acting outside constitutional logic and of hindering the legal defense of citizens.
According to him, the case of lawyer Sankaku is an expression of an arbitrary mindset that undermines the rule of law.
He demanded that institutions respond publicly and not hide behind formal procedures.
Parts of the debate remained tense and were accompanied by numerous interventions.
