FACTS THAT REFUTE
MR. CIKULI'S POSITION
- Everything written in “Zërin e popullit” is true
Once again about Milon’s rather humiliating actions
Dear Mr. Milo,
To begin with, let me tell you that it has never been in our nature to deal in slander. Therefore, we are presenting you only facts and documents, which clearly and beyond any doubt show the truth.
In your article published in the newspaper “Rilindja Demokratike”, you try to deny what happened, but the facts say otherwise. There are several of your actions and positions that cannot be covered up with words.
You were present in conversations, meetings, and decisions that are now well known. Responsibility cannot be shifted by blaming others.
For public opinion, it is important that events be told as they really were. “Zëri i popullit” has done nothing other than reflect the truth.
Documents, testimonies, and the people who were there confirm this. Anyone who tries to distort it is doing a disservice not only to the truth but also to the reader.
Therefore, we invite you to reflect and not continue with unfounded accusations.

public sector”
TIRANA, 25.11.1991
Regarding recent developments and the need for an investment program in the public sector, it was stated at a press conference that the state must provide greater support for this sector.
It was emphasized that without such a policy, the economy will have difficulty emerging from the inherited hardships.

(OPEN LETTER TO FATOS NANO FROM MOIKOM ZEQO)
Dear Mr. Fatos,
In my study “For Justice”,
which is being published in issue 47 of “Drita”,
I have published and am publishing a letter-
article (manuscript) of 40 pages,
which I sent by post to Tirana
on 15 October 1991. I entitled this letter:
“For the Philosophy of the Man without Qualities”
with the subtitle “Aphorisms for two
Milos”.
Those were days of great concern when
I set off for Tirana on 30 October,
and in a meeting with some friends they
told me that the letter had disappeared. This
made me suspect that we are dealing with
a serious act of censorship.
This letter is a reaction to behaviors
that have shocked public opinion and to
a spirit of arrogance that seeks to
impose itself even on public thought.
I believe that freedom of thought and of
expression is the foundation of civilization.
Whoever tries to suffocate this freedom does
nothing other than show fear of the truth.
