Responsibility cannot be shifted by blaming others. For public opinion, it is important that events be told as they really were. “Zëri i popullit” has done nothing other than reflect the truth. (OPEN LETTER TO FATOS NANO FROM MOIKOM ZEQO) Dear Mr. Fatos, In my study “For Justice”, which is being published in issue 47 of “Drita”, I have published and am publishing a letter- article (manuscript) of 40 pages, which I sent by post to Tirana on 15 October 1991. I entitled this letter: “For the Philosophy of the Man without Qualities” with the subtitle “Aphorisms for two Milos”. Those were days of great concern when I set off for Tirana on 30 October, and in a meeting with some friends they told me that the letter had disappeared. This made me suspect that we are dealing with a serious act of censorship. This letter is a reaction to behaviors that have shocked public opinion and to a spirit of arrogance that seeks to impose itself even on public thought.
