Tomorrow is election day and the Albanian people will decide their fate at the ballot boxes. Is this people free in its own mind and aware of what it is doing, or has it lost the freedom of judgment and choice? The weight of the personal and collective vote determines for each one of us our position as a free citizen with full and equal rights, as a worthy human being for our own future and not as a member of a herd. The victory of democracy in Albania will mean first of all the expression of free will, without the use of verbal or physical violence, without psychological pressure and without paid political gangs. It will mean free elections, where each citizen votes with their own mind and conscience. It will mean that the law applies to everyone, without political privileges. It will mean the end of political trials and of divisions among people because of their beliefs. It will mean an Albania where a person does not live in fear, but with confidence in tomorrow. The Socialist Party of Albania considers this a decisive moment for the country's path and addresses all citizens to vote calmly, responsibly and with dignity. A free vote is the foundation of a democratic society and the guarantee of national reconciliation.

MEMBERS OF THE VOTING COMMISSION: Check the documentation and the ballot box before voting begins. Carefully check the time for the start and end of voting. Check that voters have the notice or personal certificate. Check the name of each voter before giving them the ballot paper. Do not allow the same person to vote more than once. Do not allow voting through another person; prevent unauthorized persons from voting. Carefully check with the observers and prevent any form of pressure. Check the unused ballots. Do not allow accidental, no-vote and 'yes' vote. Check the copy of the minutes for the voting result and vote. Fill in the minutes and the letters of the higher commission correctly.
