However, the facts remain stubborn. With their vote, citizens gave a clear lesson to the arrogance of power. They showed that they demand change, genuine dialogue, democratic institutions, and a constitutional order that stems from consensus, not imposition. Albania cannot move forward on the basis of deception. Today, after this result, it is even more evident that the country needs new political alternatives, a new spirit of responsibility, and a strong opposition to defend the interests of citizens. This is the message of the referendum.
