Koha e fundit vendosi përfundimisht, qëllimin e të gjithë atyre manipulatorëve të ulët e bastardërve pa pallë, të cilët në çdo stinë e kanë sulmuar dhe vazhdojnë të sulmojnë socializmin si dhunë, megalomani dhe diktat. I kanë bërë dhe vazhdojnë t’i bëjnë socializmit atë që nuk i bënë e s’i bëjnë dot pseudopluralizmit. I vunë damkën dhe stigmat e së kaluarës, të të gjitha të këqijave të kësaj bote. Koha e fundit e bëri të qartë se sa të padrejtë dhe sa antikombëtarë ishin ata që shpallën si të vdekur çdo ëndërr barazie, çdo përpjekje për të mbrojtur interesin shoqëror, çdo vlerë të solidaritetit dhe të humanizmit të vërtetë. Në emër të një demokracie të deformuar, ata deshën të zhdukin nga memoria historike gjithçka që lidhej me sakrificat e një populli dhe me përpjekjen e tij për të ndërtuar një jetë më të mirë.
Partia Socialiste është pjesë e lirisë dhe e progresit, sepse ajo mbetet e lidhur me idealet më të mira të njerëzimit, me drejtësinë shoqërore, me zhvillimin e vendit, me të drejtat e njeriut dhe me dinjitetin kombëtar. Ajo nuk është kthim pas, por vazhdimësi e përpjekjes për emancipim, për një shtet modern dhe për një shoqëri të hapur.
Në këtë kuptim, krenaria për rrugën e përshkuar nuk është nostalgji e verbër, por vetëdije historike; nuk është adhurim i gabimeve, por njohje e kontributeve dhe e mundit të brezave. Kjo krenari lind nga bindja se liria dhe progresi nuk mund të mbështeten mbi harresën, as mbi denigrimin e së shkuarës, por mbi të vërtetën, mbi punën dhe mbi përgjegjësinë.
Partia Socialiste do të mbetet forcë e stabilitetit, e qytetërimit dhe e shpresës, nëse do të dijë të ruajë lidhjen me popullin, me hallet dhe aspiratat e tij, dhe të bëhet zë i sinqertë i interesit kombëtar.

THE SOCIALIST PARTY IS PART OF FREEDOM AND PROGRESS
Proud of every passage of time and anniversary.
Recent times have definitively revealed the aim of all those low manipulators and shameless bastards who in every season have attacked and continue to attack socialism as violence, megalomania and diktat. They gave socialism the stamp and stigma of the past, of all the evils of this world. They found nothing else but a false alibi for their selfish interests and to humiliate by deceit the ideals of a free and just society.
The recent period made clear how unjust and anti-national were those who declared dead every dream of equality, every effort to defend the social interest, every value of solidarity and true humanism. In the name of a deformed democracy, they wanted to erase from historical memory everything linked with the sacrifices of a people and its efforts to build a better life.
The Socialist Party is part of freedom and progress because it remains linked to the best ideals of humanity, to social justice, to the development of the country, to human rights and national dignity. It is not a return backward, but a continuation of the effort for emancipation, for a modern state and an open society.
In this sense, pride in the path traveled is not blind nostalgia, but historical awareness; not worship of mistakes, but recognition of the contributions and labor of generations. This pride comes from the conviction that freedom and progress cannot rest on oblivion, nor on denigration of the past, but on truth, work and responsibility.
The Socialist Party will remain a force of stability, civilization and hope if it knows how to preserve its connection with the people, with their troubles and aspirations, and becomes a sincere voice of the national interest.

IL PARTITO SOCIALISTA È PARTE DELLA LIBERTÀ E DEL PROGRESSO
Orgogliosi di ogni tappa del tempo e dell’anniversario.
I tempi recenti hanno rivelato definitivamente l’obiettivo di tutti quei manipolatori meschini e sfrontati che in ogni stagione hanno attaccato e continuano ad attaccare il socialismo come violenza, megalomania e diktat. Hanno imposto al socialismo il marchio e lo stigma del passato, di tutti i mali di questo mondo. Non hanno trovato altro che un falso alibi per i loro interessi egoistici e per umiliare con l’inganno gli ideali di una società libera e giusta.
Il periodo recente ha reso chiaro quanto fossero ingiusti e antinazionali coloro che dichiaravano morto ogni sogno di uguaglianza, ogni sforzo per difendere l’interesse sociale, ogni valore di solidarietà e di vero umanesimo. In nome di una democrazia deformata, hanno voluto cancellare dalla memoria storica tutto ciò che era legato ai sacrifici di un popolo e al suo impegno per costruire una vita migliore.
Il Partito Socialista è parte della libertà e del progresso perché resta legato ai migliori ideali dell’umanità, alla giustizia sociale, allo sviluppo del paese, ai diritti dell’uomo e alla dignità nazionale. Non è un ritorno indietro, ma la continuità dello sforzo per l’emancipazione, per uno Stato moderno e per una società aperta.
In questo senso, l’orgoglio per il cammino percorso non è nostalgia cieca, ma coscienza storica; non è culto degli errori, ma riconoscimento dei contributi e del lavoro delle generazioni. Questo orgoglio nasce dalla convinzione che libertà e progresso non possono poggiare sull’oblio, né sulla denigrazione del passato, ma sulla verità, sul lavoro e sulla responsabilità.
Il Partito Socialista resterà una forza di stabilità, di civiltà e di speranza se saprà conservare il legame con il popolo, con i suoi problemi e le sue aspirazioni, e diventare una voce sincera dell’interesse nazionale.
