Berisha and the Democratic Party Do Not Grant Albanian Citizenship!!
ROUND TABLE OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES REPRESENTED IN PARLIAMENT
- Reshmini PSD, PAD, PS, PR, PBDNJ propose four procedures for approving the necessary project - Referendum.
In an analysis that is still incomplete of the parliamentary procedure for turning the draft Constitution into law, the chairman of the PS, Mr. Fatos Nano, and the secretary for its representation in the People's Assembly, Mr. Ylli Bufi, point out that the PD, by refusing discussion and the organization of a referendum, has turned away from a constitutional solution to the crisis. In the People's Assembly there is already a draft that has been put to a vote, a draft that has not been rejected either by the People's Assembly or by the people in a referendum.
Not only the parliamentary and referendum procedure must find the right solution, but it must also be clearly understood that the country cannot be conditioned by the decision of a political party. This was also shown by the sensitive meeting of the leaders of the political parties with the President of the Republic.
The round table was attended by the chairman of the Socialist Party, Mr. Fatos Nano, its deputy chairman, Mr. Ylli Bufi, the chairman of the PAD, Mr. Neritan Ceka, the chairman of the PSD, Mr. Skënder Gjinushi, the chairman of the PR, Mr. Sabri Godo, the chairman of the PBDNJ, Mr. Vasil Melo, and the political secretary of that party, Mr. Kristaq Kume. The Democrats refused to participate and were represented by Mr. Alfred Sereqi.
Neither the Republican Fatmir Mediu nor the Social Democrat Teodor Laço took part in the meeting.
According to the participants, the round table discussed more broadly the draft and the need to submit for approval in the People's Assembly the project approved in the referendum. It was requested that a one-sided solution not be imposed, but that political consensus be accepted as a condition for a lasting agreement.
Ariën stated that the round table is not intended to replace Parliament, but to offer a consultative forum among parties to find an acceptable solution. In this framework, four possible procedures were discussed for approving the constitutional project and taking it to referendum.
It was underlined that the most appropriate path remains the one that respects the will expressed by the people and the powers of the institutions. The political forces and the President of the Republic were called upon to avoid unilateral actions and seek political cooperation.

The hunger strike in Kukës continues
THERE IS A GOVERNMENT DECISION AND A PRESIDENTIAL DECREE, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE FOR THE AFFECTED PEOPLE
For more than five days, 17 families from Korçë have been on hunger strike on the steps of the prefecture of Kukës. Their protest is a call for the return of the right to housing and compensation, which they consider to have been denied for years.
They declare that they hold government decisions and a presidential decree in their hands, but that these are not being implemented.
The strikers say they are families affected by demolitions and that the decisions taken by state bodies have not been put into practice. According to them, central and local institutions pass responsibility from one to the other, while the condition of the families worsens every day.
The protesters are demanding an immediate solution and say they will continue the strike until their demands are met.

STRATEGIES OF DIVISION
- Alone after the collapse of the stability government -
After the failure of political cooperation and the collapse of the stability government, the country is entering a phase in which political forces are trying to find separate paths to solve the crisis. Many of the actors who once preached compromise and dialogue are now using the language of exclusion and division.
This strategy of division is being presented as a way out, but in reality it is placing the country before polarization. Instead of agreements, denigration of the opponent is being offered; instead of trust, distrust is being cultivated.
As a result, society remains without a clear axis of stability.
In this climate, the main responsibility falls on the forces that hold the state institutions in their hands. To govern does not mean to exclude, but to create space for consensus. Every attempt to impose a closed political model on the country only deepens the crisis.

The privatization crisis is one of the themes
returning forcefully to the forefront, because of the problems
inherited from state enterprises and the lack of a
clear reform policy. Between formal schemes
and concrete practices, the process is moving
at a slow pace.
In many cases, privatization is accompanied by legal uncertainty, a lack of transparency, and unequal benefits. These difficulties are affecting both new entrepreneurs and employees who are waiting for a solution regarding property and jobs.
Albania needs a harmonization of interests and a clear legal framework, so that the process does not become a source of conflict, but an instrument of development.

Will Agron Musaraj go to Kukës?...

Will Agron
Musaraj go to Kukës?...
- President Berisha appointed him "hour of the Minister
of Defense"
This issue is linked to the latest developments in the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and to the new appointment of Agron Musaraj. In the political comments of the day, this appointment is being seen as part of a broader move by President Berisha.
According to critics, the decision comes at a difficult moment for governance and is not accompanied by convincing explanations about priorities in problematic areas, including Kukës. This is precisely what has raised the question of whether the new minister will go where the presence of the state is needed.
The debate remains open and it remains to be seen whether the appointment will bring concrete solutions or only a formal change.

1.1.1. Freedom
We are fighting for our Albanian society to be freed as quickly as possible from all forms of political, economic and social oppression that hinder the participation of citizens in public and political life and diminish human personality.
Political freedom is inseparable from the right to speak, to organize, to choose and to be represented. It requires legitimate institutions and respect for the dignity of the individual.
1.1.2. Equality
We believe that people are equal before the law and that economic and social inequalities must not be turned into inherited privileges. A democratic society must create real opportunities for all citizens.
Equality means equal chances in education, work, legal treatment and participation in public life.
1.1.3. Justice
Justice requires the rule of law, independent institutions and protection of fundamental human rights. Without justice there is no democratic order and no sustainable development.
Social justice requires policies that fight poverty, exclusion and inherited injustices.
1.1.4. Solidarity[?]
Solidarity is a moral and political duty to help those in need, to support social unity and strengthen national cohesion.
Solidarity is expressed in the protection of work, welfare, pensioners, the family and equal opportunities for every citizen.
