Instead of an introduction
According to anyone who was writing, those were unusual moments because they also showed at close range what the truth of the credit scandal was. Everyone knew that the people are poor, but there was also poverty in morals. Something else was known too: that the former power, despite its fine democratic talk, had seized every stone of the square on which these measures were being trampled. And also that it should not be openly revealed that ministers had taken money from financial scandals, that bank directors and other people had signed millions of dollars and were responsible for them.
The truth in the credit files that weighs on the state's neck is also tragic. The blame lies with those who took out loans to buy tractors and other machinery and brought them in at prices inflated several times above their real value. This is an open theft committed with seal, signature, and political support. The tractors were bought at prices two to three times higher and no one was held accountable. In this way, millions of dollars evaporated from a credit that was said to be for agriculture.
If we add to this the fact that 8 million dollars in credit have been blocked, the picture becomes even grimmer. That money has not gone where it should have gone, while the Albanian peasant continues to work with primitive tools. This is why the Greek credit scandal is described as the biggest financial scandal.
State Control has blocked the audit material. That very fact says a lot. Instead of the public being informed about the concrete responsibilities, the documents have been kept in suspension. This raises the suspicion that important names, political ties, and major interests are hidden behind it.
No one can persuade citizens that we are dealing with ordinary negligence. When 7 million dollars disappear, when another 8 million are kept blocked, and when machinery is bought at triple prices, we are dealing with an entire system of abuse. Political noise alone is not enough here. A full investigation, transparency, and punishment are needed.

our possibilities are not so limited; such a thing cannot be denied. Only if we show solidarity with one another, if we preserve and develop as democratic a life as possible within ourselves, will we be able to face difficulties successfully and, through the system of pluralism, give our society the proper development.
Another very important direction for the Socialist Communal Council of the city of Kavajë is work with the people to solve problems, to offer concrete solutions to people's worries. We have in mind here especially problems of water supply, cleaning, transport, lighting, housing, schools and health care.
Our authority in the city will also depend on the way we handle these problems. We cannot be satisfied with political declarations, but must stand close to the people and do what we can within our powers.

Much that is observed every day with Albanian workers is that their voice is lost in the institutions that should protect them. They face unemployment, wage delays, arbitrary decisions, and the silence of the administration. When they complain, they often receive no answer, while their worries continue to grow.
In these conditions, the voice of the workers sounds like a voice in the desert. It is heard little, taken little into account, and is often used only for statistics. This situation cannot go on forever.
A stronger institutional response, greater social sensitivity, and a real will to put an end to the injustices weighing on the working classes are needed.
The railway vehicle park is expanding
What has been observed in recent days at the railway station of Durrës, where wagons with goods and equipment are loaded and unloaded, is linked to efforts to increase railway transport capacity. Other vehicles have been brought in, and work is also under way to repair the existing fleet.
According to sector sources, the increase in vehicles is expected to help improve the movement of goods and passengers. This is of particular importance at a time when road transport is facing difficulties and the railway remains a cheap and essential means.
However, specialists stress that numerical increase alone is not enough. Investments in infrastructure, maintenance, and better work organization are needed for the new fleet to produce the expected results.
