Zef Brozi leaves Albania
- Changes expected in Cassation and Appeal
The resignation of Bendos as head of the Tirana court, and the removal of Qelshi and Gjokutaj from the head of the Tirana prosecutor's office, seem likely to remain solutions that are as acceptable as possible for "leaving the stage" and being forgotten in oblivion. These days it was Brozi's turn to play on the same field. The former head of Cassation has currently left Albania and is across the Atlantic, in America. The official version is "for studies"

Did Azem Hajdari cleanse himself of the sins of the past?...
lost on 31 March 1991. Reason?
Apparently someone found the "Achilles' heel" of the December hero, so much so that the students' "tribune" did not have the courage to react. On the other hand, the DP and Berisha no longer need the former chairman of the initiative committee for the creation of the DP. To them, the worthless people of the Party of Labour had acquired value, those who, in order to demonstrate "loyalty", are ready to do any service, regardless of the cost.
In any case, according to "RD", Azem Hajdari remained the soldier of shame in the process of progressive depersonalization, which builds soldiers in superiority—for cleansing from the sins of the past.
And again the question: who was Azem's soldier that he, according to "RD" and the Summit, supposedly changed? And after the change, into which soldier did he fall? And after this transition, did Azem Hajdari cleanse himself of the sins of the past?...
When the soldier of shame, freed by the government newspaper, entered the hunger strike together with the politically persecuted, someone wrote in "RD" again about cleansing from the sins of the past.
Many asked: what are these sins? And why does "RD" mention them now?
Azem Hajdari, unable to answer, lost the "battle" with Sami Milloshi, just as he had

Congress of the German Social Democratic Party
- Servet Pëllumbi and Ilir Meta take part
Today the Congress of the German Social Democratic Party begins its work in Mannheim, Germany. This is undoubtedly a special and important event in the political life of Germany and of European social democracy in general. The German Social Democratic Party is among the largest, most powerful, and most traditional parties in this country and belongs to the global social-democratic movement. Its chairman, Mr. Sharping, a distinguished personality of this country, is also the President of the Party of European Socialists, which includes the socialist and social-democratic parties of the member states of the European Union, a figure of the Socialist Party.

At the invitation of the leadership of the German PSD, the current Congress of this Party is also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the PSSH, Dr. Servet Pëllumbi, and its Vice-Chairman, Ilir Meta. Participation in this high-level forum and the visit to friendly Germany constitutes another important step in the integration of the PSSH into European and global social-democratic structures.

Socialists win
Second round of local elections in Bulgaria
Yesterday the main Bulgarian newspapers announced with large headlines the victory of the socialists in the second round of the elections.
The central idea in the Bulgarian press was: logic won, not passion.
In the second round of the elections, the Bulgarian Socialist Party repeated and strengthened the result of the first round. It won all three municipal capitals from the two won by the Democratic Party. Out of 26 municipalities, the Socialist Party won 21 of them. Mentioning these cities Pleven, Montana, Pasazhik, Shumen, Pernik, where the socialists won 60-74% of the vote. The Democratic Party won only in four cities, Sofia, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Varna. The city of Dimitrovgrad was won by the Bulgarian Communist Party.
With the final result, the Socialist Party won 53.4% of the vote, the Democratic Party 27%, the Social Democratic Party 2%, other parties 5%.
The chairman of the Socialist Party, Vidanov, declared that the victory of the Socialist Party is a victory for Bulgaria and for the leadership of the democratic left coalition, which will bring the country out of the crisis. It is announced that a third round will also be held next week. This concerns the runoff in several villages where the influence of the Socialist Party is greater than that of its rivals.

The latest scandal
"A scandal that seeks to cover up scandals" — this is how the opposition yesterday characterized the Meksi government decision published on Sunday by "Zëri".
While the Albanian deputy prime minister Dylber Vrioni had openly said in Berat that his party, the Democratic Party, is preparing for the opposition, the government in which he serves is seriously considering the period it has governed and is governing, bearing in mind the relinquishing of power after the next elections. There are two points in decision no. 81, "On the rules of operation of the Council of Ministers" dated 6 February 1995, which since the beginning of the year have given the Albanian government the appearance of a bunker. A bunker inside which sixteen men and one woman seek to protect themselves from the public opinion that is observing them intensively. And that is not all
