Everything has become clearer in yesterday's session of the People's Assembly, where the deputy from the parliamentary group of the Socialist Party, Namik Dokle, on behalf of the Socialist parliamentary group, asked the Assembly leadership to include on the agenda the motion of no confidence against the Minister of Defense, Safet Zhuli. This request had already been made in the session of 26 January. Zhuli, cornered by written and oral questions from various deputies, has been trying for weeks to avoid them.
Yesterday he made a scandalous act by placing from [illegible] the written reply of the deputy of the PP [?
This is not the first time this minister has violated parliamentary rules and the ethics of state administration. He has interfered in procedures, refused to answer, used insults and informal tones. In yesterday's discussions, Socialist deputies demanded that the Assembly clearly state its position on this behavior and on the minister's political responsibility.
The debate also mentioned issues related to transparency, the management of military property, and the political use of the Defense institution.
