Another death caused by people in uniform -Ardian Lleshi, 28, was killed by Engjell Lik Bikaj, a non-commissioned officer of the Ministry of the Interior, near the President's house This is neither the first nor the only case. The late Ardian Lleshi is a victim of state irresponsibility. There have been 7 cases of deaths from police torture inside the cells of police stations, from Laç to Saranda over the last three years. The day before yesterday's case is the second in the last two months—within Tirana itself, yet Berisha continues to boast about the "stabilized order" and Agron Musaraj remains Minister of the Interior together with Deputy Minister Agim Shehu. I think that it would be better to take the specialists' opinion into account for the studies carried out in oil exploration.
