Aleksander Meksi rewards the servants with houses
- They receive workers’ housing for democratic services, by order of the former prime minister, the first prime minister of Albania, Sali Grisa, Sadriani Balla, Simon Plla, Gaqo Broka, Marshal Ibrai, Ferit Aliazi, and several others, the official Adi Hysni (Lala), Rikani Çapo, Vladimir Mersini, Qazim Saraci, Ramadan Beshku, Fisnik Hoxha, Mimoza Paniri and [?]q. Wealth analyses? What, houses release qi e[?],
These days the vandal gang of the democratic authorities has made its actions visible and continues to do so. Not only by removing from the administration employees who are among the most educated, with high qualifications and professional skills, but also, with pleasure and tradition, it continues with others. Thus, at the beginning of February, at a time when Meksi was being overwhelmed by his belly and his face was flushed by breathlessness, despair and perhaps some shortness of breath, several cars from the economic directorate of the apparatus of the Council of Ministers were seen near the “Dajti” hotel. What stood out on the cars’ license plates was the concern and the public outing to their homes. This was done in function of a new policy that on 8 December 1990 had perhaps been left to be used with the motto “it is the time of change,” and now, under Mr. Meksi’s first order, it became a “reward” for the high democratic services of a group of people working in the Albanian administration.
In document no. 802 dated 17.3.1995, the granting of housing rights for these employees is recorded, namely:
1) Gaqo Broka building 9, apt. 2
2) Rikani Çapo building 11, apt. 1
3) Ferit Aliazi building 13, apt. 3+1
4) Simon Plla building 9, apt. 3+1
5) Vladimir Mersini building 11, apt. 3+1
6) Ramadan Beshku building 7, apt. 4+1
7) Fisnik Hoxha building 3, apt. 2+1
8) Marshal Ibrai building 10, apt. 2+1
9) Mimoza Paniri building 4, apt. 2+1
10) Qazim Saraci building 6, apt. 2+1
11) Sadriani Balla building 4, apt. 2+1
12) Simon Plla building 7, apt. 2+1
13) Sali Grisa building 6, apt. 2+1
14) e peri Disa building 3, apt. 3+1
15) Hysni Adi building 4, apt. 3+1
16) Vladimir Mersini kiosk
If this scandal continues, and with the zeal with which houses are being distributed by yesterday’s and today’s officials, it will make the Albanian government irresponsible before the housing rights of the majority of citizens. Who will answer for this? On the basis of what principle and with what right does the state give away public property? Will there ever be transparency for the decisions made in the offices of the Council of Ministers? Political services cannot be repaid with popular houses.

The military man from Tropoja, Qazim Çjonali, is rewarded with the post of chairman of the Tirana Court
At the beginning, the High Council of Justice
The military man from Tropoja, Qazim Çjonali, is rewarded with the post of chairman of the Tirana Court
- The High Council of Justice promises the resignation of the chief judges of Tirana and appoints Mr. Qazim Çjonali in place of Agim Banja -
Today in Tirana, the chairman of the Tirana Court, Mr. Agim Banja, is expected to leave the tragicomic stage of Albanian justice. For a long time, people have been surprised by this leader without a profile but with political decoration. He began his career not as a jurist but as a local activist, with strong support from above. Now he is being replaced by Qazim Çjonali, a name linked to controversial decisions and to a judicial practice that has often been seen as dependent.
Some people within the judicial system say this change has nothing to do with reform, but rather with the redistribution of influence. If that is the case, Tirana does not gain a more independent justice system, only another chairman. The new appointment has been met with astonishment and suspicion.

About the villains gathered by the PD
NOTE...
- The return to the failed scene, a creation of the Mami government, “proof” of the government, purpose and “love” with wood?!! to the person and power in PD
“The oppressed PD thinks and laughs?!” Thus asks the author, mocking the climate created in power. The article deals with the figures gathered around the ruling party and with the way institutions are used for political interests. It mentions meetings, appointments, favors, and a triumphalist behavior that, according to the author, looks more like a carnival of power than serious governance.
In the end, the question is raised of whether the opposition and society will manage to react in the face of this way of exercising power.

No democrat can survive when the citizen gives silently
The representative of the International Helsinki Federation reported to the parliamentary committee in Belsh
There was an unusual silence in the hall. Words about democracy, freedom, and elections were repeated, but what stood out was the silence of the citizens. According to representatives of the International Helsinki Federation, a democratic society cannot survive if citizens remain silent in the face of injustice. Their remarks were made during a meeting with the parliamentary committee, where concerns were raised about elections, the media, and the political climate.
It was said that fear and distrust are replacing civic participation. If this process continues, democracy remains only a facade. The report presented was received with interest, but also with irritation by some deputies.

Declaration of the Albanian newspapers
Today, a leaflet titled “Rivista” has circulated and been distributed in various public places. It stated that a “yellow press” would be eliminated in our country. Independent press cannot and will not be eliminated. This leaflet, so-called “Rivista,” with its denigrating and threatening content, proves fear of the truth, hatred toward free speech, and censorship instincts. We, the editorial boards of the Albanian newspapers, condemn this act and emphasize that press freedom is a fundamental right of democratic society. Any attempt to intimidate journalists and strike at the free media will fail.
